Clean, nice staff and well equipped room.

The temperature of the room is controlled from a central system at the lobby (you have a display in the room, but cannot modify it), and the room was quite cold when we arrived (around 19°C). We asked for a warmer temperature, they allowed for some 3°C more, but during the night it was reset again to 19°C. Honestly, I don't get the point of having the guests be cold and uncomfortable for a night to save 0.5€ in heating. Really cheap behavior.

I like this hotel. The hotel is walking distance from Grand Le Buffet. The room is not small and it’s cleaned. It is not small double bed and very comfortable. They have private parking. The staff was very nice and helpful. It’s easy check in and check out. They have 24 hours receptionist.

I didn’t like when I don’t have a chance to try their breakfast. So I have no idea about their foods. We arrived late and were very tired.

The hotel was very OK for the price, the room small, but everything what do you need you can find. We were in Le Grand Buffet, the hotel is 850 m far away, so it was perfect for that. Very clean, the breakfest very good for 3 stars, sweet and salty, even the fruts.

The isolation not so good.

Fridge, very comfortable beds, close to town centre, outside seating and terraces.

Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, fun to see American style chocolate coated donuts featured in the breakfast buffet. Dined with our group in the Bistro annex, great food and value for money.

hotel with a great value for money. The area is peripheric/ industrial but in 1.5 km you are in the center of Narbonne a cozy small city, nice to visit. The hotel is 5 minutes from the highway. Perfect if you're travelling. Coffe, although coming out from a machine, is very good!

Room was so comfy & cool. Staff was amazing, answered all our crazy visitor questions with a smile.

Simple curtain would be good to be added since there is no bathroom door… 40 degrees Celsius outside, ground floor so no way to leave the window open and AC was blocked!!!

The toilet was a bit small and I hit my elbow a few times but I can see that they had to use space efficiently.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. AC worked well. Very close to Les Grands Buffet which was the purpose of our visit.

We didn’t realize the standard room didn’t have a fridge in the room. However, staff were able to store our items in their fridge. Room had a funny smell (a bit stinky).

The location and the price were reasonable and was what we needed. We have to change one room because the AC is not working tnight FD gentleman was really helpful to change room for us.

The front desk agent (perhaps senior ?? ) has a terrible attitude when we give cash to pay for the city tax. horrible poker face toward the guest.

Stayed here several times on journeys down to spain, easy location- nice rooms and food options.
