Poor

The bathroom was very small. The water from the shower had little pressure, so it took much longer to shower than usual. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant, which is legal in Bosnia, but extremely unpleasant. The hotel definitely does not deserve four stars—by my estimation, it's a poor three at best. They definitely won't see me at this hotel again.

The hotel improved its cleaness since last year. Nice, comfy rooms, with a spacious shower area. Comfy beds.

Smoking in the restaurant is still allowed, which makes me so mad!!! Others are sitting and smoking, while families are eating breakfast. Not acceptable!

Great stop after crossing the border, comfortable bed, clean, convenient to have the restaurant and gas station market connected to the hotel.

I think it’s near farmland and when the window was open it smelled like manure when the wind blew certain ways, but they can’t really do anything about that, can you? Plus, in the other hand it’s peaceful to be out in the country’s

Breakfast was not Swedish buffet as it was mention and only for 2 persons was free, for my breakfast i need to pay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the stay was short, it was very enjoyable.

We were disappointed that there wasn't a separate dining area, and the main space was filled with cigarette smoke. Thankfully, the staff was very understanding and arranged for us to dine in a private room normally reserved for events. This gesture made our stay more enjoyable.

Really nice hotel with all the right touches. The rooms even had a balcony overlooking the country fields. Not far from restaurants and has a 24 hour petrol station on premises. Highly recommend.

Honestly no negative comments

The hotel is located very convinently close to the ethno village. The hotel is clean, but literally the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. Soundproofing is excellent.

We booked a king suite which was advertised as a room with a kitchen and a sofa bed. Not only was there no kitchen in site, but the sofa bed was not a bed. It was just a couch which is not suitable for sleeping. I slept on it for a night, but I have no clue how the second night would look like. The bathroom is tiny. The whole place, even the room, smells of cigarette smoke and there is smoking even at breakfast.

The hotel is situated at the end of the city directly at the gas station. It looks pretty new, there is free secured parking in the area. The staff was friendly. The room has all new furniture and design. If you are looking to go to a restaurant there is the very nice area around 1 km from that with parking too.

I get the first room where was somebody smoking, but the girl on the reception changed me it for another one and everything was ok. The same problem in the morning breakfast, in the restaurant was smokey air.

The AC works very well. They provided laundry services. The staff was really pleasant

Bug infestation. Although the place looked clean, there was still a lot of bugs crawling inside the hotel room, as well as the balcony. I also did not like that it was so far from downtown. We couldn’t walk anywhere except for one place.

Elevator doesnot in function and they insist you go on 3rd floor even yhe hotel is almost empty.strange!.In the room you can smell dust.Images are better then real images on the spot. Definetly not even 3 star hotel.

The stopover was well worth it. Very close to the border and so we decided to rest and were pleasantly surprised by the staff and hotel quality - great staff from reception to restaurant and breakfast was better than 5 star hotels - well done!!!

Built with a petrol station - slightly scary given many people smoke but otherwise brilliant place.

Great location, near the border, great staff and breakfast is always tasty.

It will be better when wellness and spa opens in near future.
