Amazing location. Great food and breakfast. Fantastic staff, especially Matteo, who was helpful with all aspects of the stay. Best option for a stay in Otranto.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and Amazing.Perfect location in the center of the old town of Otranto, within the historic walls and just steps away from great restaurants and the beach.Patricia and Mateo were very kind, always giving us information about the parking lot and asking if we needed anything.The room was very nice, clean and spacious.The breakfast good.Would love to come back and definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!Thank you for your hospitality

The cost of this hotel room was high and we expected more for what we paid. Breakfast was included but had additional costs if, for example, one wanted an egg. The location was good and the room was smaller than expected. Our stay was pleasant but we would not return.

Very bad breakfast. We wouldn’t eat in the restaurant because if the breakfast is so bad the restaurant couldn’t be good. One egg then you must pay for a second egg??? This is supposed to be a five star hotel.

Fix the bathrooms. You cannot have a shower in a bath in. Five star hotel. You only get one tea bag??? No water given to the guest in the room. This is certainly not a hotel I would recommend even with the location

A charming boutique hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff – young and full of energy. The room was a bit on the small side, but everything else was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the old town, close to shops and restaurants. From the rooftop terrace you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. Breakfast on the terrace is a real treat, and the dinner there was truly special.

The locaton os this hotel is in The heart of Otranto. The Staff is exceptional. I would receomend to anyone visting Otranto. The hotel roooms are very comfortable.

Great location in the Centro Storico and very friendly staff!! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a great way to start our day.

Location, room, facilities, breakfast, bar, and staff were all great. Shout out to the front desk and the young women at breakfast and at the bar in the evening!

The rooms are an impressive, and because they are so close together, very noisy.

The hotel was such a nice experience in every way. The location is right in the old city close to the sea. The room was wonderful; it had a small balcony facing the sea, a nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Cleaning and tidying of the room were just perfect. The decor was very fitting for an Italian Palazzo. Very tasteful. The breakfast display was among the best we have seen. Homemade and delicious. The palazzo has a very good chef. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.Unfortunately, we did not get to use the top terrace because of repair. All in all, great value for money.

Everything! Our room had a huge terrace and balcony. The bed was soo comfortable. The staff were amazing. The roof terrace is a wonderful place to watch the sun go down after a day sightseeing.

Its location, style and excellent staff who made our stay very special. The hotel is an old palace converted to a hotel keeping many traditional styling features and includes a wonderful roof terrace with panoramic views over the bay. It’s next door to the wonderful cathedral and a short walk to the extremely old castle, both well worth seeing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a kind gesture to offer us a bottle of Prosecco on the rooftop terrace at sunset to celebrate my husbands birthday. An oasis of calm in Otranto.

From the moment we arrived on receiving a warm welcome from our receptionist we felt completely relaxed. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location and we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts on the roof terrace and appreciated the helpful, friendly staff.

Nothing. There is no parking, but this didn't bother us as we arrived on the train.

Location was great and the service was outstanding. Matteo was great at check in and the staff including the room service to the bar to the breakfast staff were all outstanding

The hosts, Paolo and Teresa couldn't do enough for us, they helped us with restaurant bookings and a visit to their family olive grove masseria which was brilliant and the breakfast was great, lots of options and they even catered to my gluten free needs with delicious cakes and snacks from a local free from supermarket and offered us an olive oil tasting at breakfast and introduced us to the other lovely guests. It really feels like a small family run hotel with all the personal touches included. The gated car park within their property was also such a relief with such busy streets all around. Thank you!!

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar is lovely for a predinner drink. The location is right in the middle of the old town, so perfect for sightseeing and the beaches.

The vocation is exceptional, in the heart of the old town beside the cathedral. That’s the main advantage of staying here, but you are paying a premium for a very ordinary due to where it’s situated.

The rooms are in much need of some love and care. Feels like decades since they have had an upgrade. We paid over €300 a night for rooms with tiny windows, drab furnishings and dreadful lightning. Luckily we weren’t in the room much. We chose the hotel because of the location but I was surprised by how poor the accommodation was for that price point. Beware the noise from the rooftop bar which can be heard on the upper floors. We were in room 28 and even after the bar closed we could hear the staff clearing up until nearly 1 in the morning. That said, the rooftop bar is pleasant. And Matteo on the front desk was helpful and courteous.
