Great location for quiet rest, a fabulous beach and pool time. The restaurant offered a full breakfast and very nice cocktail and good dinners too. Exceptional staff goes out of their way to assist in any way!

Excellent location. Short walk to beach. Short bicycle ride to Otranto. Phenomenal pool and bar service.

The beds are so uncomfortable and hard with awful hard pillows.

Close to the seashore and you can walk very far along the beach. The pool was very nice and we had a wonderful suite that was separate from the main property with lots of space and a lovely patio

Good energy from the staff, very nice location, excellent food. Hospitality above and beyond: welcome gift of wine and local ceramics; free dinner on the night of the arrival; free use of spa for an hour. A very nice beach just steps away. Free bikes to use at your leasure. An absolute gem of a place.

The location for access to the gorgeous beach and the local town of Otranto. Bicycles, the pool, breakfast, the staff. The large east facing suite where we stayed on our first night.

Poor design for a comfortable stay.The only indoor chairs in the suites are hard stools. No indoor chairs in the junior suite. Bed comfort varied hugely between rooms. One mattress was so hard that I had to lay towels on it. There is nowhere comfortable to sit in the evening only the dining chairs in the restaurant or the unpadded pool sunbed loungersA very strong smell of mould in the wardrobes.Proximity of the west facing rooms to the high hedges of the neighbouring property cause the outdoor terrace to be dark and damp and attract mosquitos / biting flies day and night. There is a green algae on the terrace from the damp conditions. The bathroom window of the adjacent room opened directly onto our terrace so we could hear every bathroom activity of our neighbours.The room doors close and lock themselves behind you easily, so asking reception for additional keys is commonplace. A newly renovated room had a bright movement sensor light that came on constantly during the night. The location is a little remote particularly if you don’t have a car. There were no towels available at the pool during our stay so you have to ask at reception.

The property is very close to the beach, 5 min walk, and the beach is magic. In case you don't want to walk, there is a beautiful very clean pool. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. The restaurant offers extraordinary gourmet dinner. This is the right place for a week sea vacation! Next time we definitely do it.

The staff were fantastic, they really wanted us to have the best time and went out of their way to look after us. Food was amazing. Room and pool were lovely. So close to the most beautiful beach. Just loved it all!

Perhaps a toilet near to the pool would have been nice.

The location is perfect so close to the beach and the Masseria facilities are exceptional, staff are friendly and evening set course menus changed daily and were very good. Excellent wine list to choose from sldo

Hospitality, service, staff are superb! Location is excellent in walking distance from the beach. They provide beach towels and umbrella if you ask, so you don’t have to pay for it. Big pool and nice well tended garden. Rooms are simple but have everything you need. Bottle of vine is complimentary as well as the first dinner in Masseria. Spa is reserved for one hour for the room , it has a great steam room and strong hydro massage pool. We booked it twice and enjoyed it very much!

Good location close to the beach and only 5km from Otranto. We appreciated the free bikes to use to ride into town. Beautiful pool which never felt crowded. The one dinner we ate in the hotel was very good and we enjoyed all 4 courses. The only reason we didn’t eat there more was because Otranto is so beautiful at night! Lovely shaded seating areas by the room both front and back. Big sitting room and decent sized fridge. Good coffee at breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly and organised early breakfast for us at 6.30 on our last day as we needed to head off to the airport before normal breakfast hours. Feels family run and personal.

Room (Alloro suite) persistently smelled damp despite the air exchanger. Bathroom felt rather cramped with fairly tiny shower. A few aspects of the room needed a bit of maintenance - the bin in the kitchen area was broken and the cupboard door scraped on the floor. The bedroom layout was a bit cramped with the location of the wardrobe and four poster bed. Safe too small for an iPad or even my travel wallet.

It’s a serene agricultural landscape with beautiful views. 10 minute walk to the sea coast with sand beaches.

There is nothing that really stood out, I think it’s great.

Beautiful room on a peaceful and quiet property. 10' walk to Bahia dei Turchi beach, very short drive to the beautiful town of Otranto. We also enjoyed the complimentary 1 hour in the spa/sauna.

Staff were incredibly helpful. The location is wonderful - Baia di Turchi is stunning and only a few minute walk away. The food served for breakfast lunch and dinner was delicious!

Lovely concierge service. Very quiet and comfortable room. Slept great and beautiful setting. Close to a great beach and wonderful pool!

The location of this property is the best thing about it - 5 minute stroll through a forest area to a lovely secluded beach with beautiful clear water, and a short drive to Otranto. The property also provides bikes for free which is a great way to reach Otranto in 20 mins. The pool area is also amazing - quiet and surrounded by nature. Staff are all very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was varied with local produce. We were lucky enough to receive a welcome dinner at the hotel (a lovely touch), a traditional Italian meal, 4 courses with a variety of fish available, which we rated highly. The appartment itself was immaculate with everything you need for your stay.

With the grounds being so beautiful we would have appreciated some different areas to sit and enjoy. The restaurant area itself could be improved upon as it is missing some charm and atmosphere.

Amazing pool and beautiful pear cacti. So close to the beach, wonderful bike ride into Otranto. The food was amazing. Everyone was so nice. Very relaxing.
