Great staff, clean and wonderful breakfast.

My room was small but clean. It was nice having a balcony. It was a bit out of town near a fabulous beach area. They helped me store my bike securely. Breakfast was generous.

I asked for early check in and they wanted me to pay 75 euros. It was not high season so I’m pretty sure they had clean rooms and i thought that was petty. I also wasn’t using the 2nd night of my reservation and told them that so they could possibly resell it.

It was clean good lactation

The breakfast was 7.30-10.. if you came at 9 you didnt have anything to eat. They didnt replace the products -the slow or at all. They had only on type of aliced cheese in one trey and if it was empty tee chacea you get another trey was slim even if you ask them. Same with the bacon from scrambled eggs…. The pool was due to open ar 10. At thet time the pool was in the process of cleaning.No bar nothing you can buy something to drinkDinner was a la carte -depending on the evening. No sidedish at main course

I enjoyed the pool after swimming in the Sea.

Dated accommodations. They have A/C but it is controlled by the hotel, you have no input or control of f the settings.

Breakfast was poor. Always missing something, including plates

A refrigerator that works, stained bed spread, poor service except for one nice young lady who was overworked

Underground parking available, although as it was October there was plenty of street parking. Good size room, plenty of hot water available. Excellent restaurant for dinner, we only ate there once but it was superb. 30€ for 3 courses, the best fillet steak I've ever eaten.

The overall impression of the hotel was that it needed a little bit of updating with some luxury items, the room was adequate but lacked frills.There was no tea or coffee making facilities, although reception would make some for you.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful. The air con had a habit of going off during the night. It was centrally controlled so we had to ask reception on a few occasions to reset it. Tea/coffee making facilities would be a bonus but I would happily stay in this hotel again

The air on definitely needs to be monitored but this is a solvable issue for the hotel

No bar, no information about hotel facilities ie beach towels, tea coffee during the day . Leaking shower in room 203.Friends who occupied a junior suite were happy with their room -304- were only critical of the breakfast and lack of a bar area and drink facilities during the day time

Friendly helpful staff. Good location for central otranto which is beautiful. Can park outside for free.

Fantastic staff, so helpful and friendly. Room was perfect, always kept clean and great shower and large balcony. Swimming pool was great and Sunbed’s comfortable. Food was excellent…not buffet style, made to order.

Mostly perfect…no entertainment or facilities for kids..but that didn’t affect us as we’re a couple…lunch during the day would have been a bonus especially on the days that it rained.

Location was a little out from the centre but very walkable. A little dated and old.

This is the third time we have stayed here which says it all! The location is excellent- close to the beach & a short walk into the old town. The room is a good size with a balcony & spotless. A good choice for breakfast. It’s also nice to have the option of a pool as well as the beach. The staff are friendly & helpful.

We stayed half board and really nice veggie food was provided on request

All staff were very helpful, efficient and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was very clean. We liked that we had clean towels and bedding several times during our 7 night stay.

We were a little disappointed because the pool was being cleaned every morning so we were not able to have a morning swim. There was what looked like a nice bar but it wasn’t open although if an alcoholic drink was required we could ask for one at reception which wasn’t quite the same. No kettle in rooms and nowhere to get a cup of coffee or hot drink.

Breakfast was lovely , nice selection of fruits , yogurts and pastries, staff really good and helpful

Well located hotel about 10 minutes walk to old town and beaches. There is a small supermarket nearby. Great breakfast and superb pool facility with sunbeds and soft seating area where we had coffee. Very friendly, accommodating staff and nice relaxed atmosphere. Great base to explore nearby beaches and other towns.

The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach and all of the wonderful caffès and restaurants. The balcony was larger than the room but that was great as I prefer to be outside. The pool was lovely and their breakfast buffet was an exception treat.

Juniorsuit was spaceous with a big terrace and seeview

Pool was not ready for season all though it should be opened 15.5. Breakfast was simple and refilling was poor. Had to wait and ask for several things including bread, juice, coffe. Aircondition was poor almost no cooling.
