Green Paradise Resort

The hotel is very well located, like less than a 5 minutes car ride to Otranto. The swimming pool is enormous and clean, the pictures make justice. If you have kids, a great place to stay. Room service was attentive and made everything to keep the room clean. Bathroom was good size.

Breakfast was only reasonable and service, organization and availability of the food was ok. We had dinner one night and service was slow and food only average - then the next days we decided to have dinner elsewhere. The hotel is probably 25 years old or so, and never receive a major retrofit. It would benefit from it, since style of the rooms, sidewalks, the playground all look like the 90s.

My husband and I loved our two night stay at the resort, and wish we’d stayed longer. We stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Pool was amazing. Parking good. The staff we met were really welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on both nights of our stay.

Fantastic restaurant, we had lunch once and dinner every evening ( dal menu alla carta) and Alessandro was so sweet. Amazing pool great breakfast.

Kids club a bit boring

Very calm and quiet. Excellent pool and lots of greenery.

We travelled all across Puglia and stayed in cheap Airbnbs as well as good resorts. All of the others had at least a bottle of water and couple of glasses to drink from. This was the only one that did not even have empty glasses. Had to go borrow it from the restaurant. The restaurant itself is not run by the same people who manage the property and they were very hesitant to give us two empty glasses for drinking water from.

The place was fantastic amazing pool a d great restaurant on site. Very clean staff super friendly and helpful. Faboulous breakfast.

The staff were very personal. Made sure they kept in touch about our arrival and even though it was very late they waited for us and kept the bar open so we could get a drink. The breakfast was stunning and made to order. We were lucky enough to stay out of season and had the whole pool to ourselves!

Loved this family friendly resort. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Pool superb. Other guests were super friendly also. Some of them come back every year. We came end of season so it was a bit quieter but still lots to do.

The terrace of the suite which doesn't really correspond to the photos (no trees but a wall). The window doors of the rooms and the bathroom that don't provide the expected intimacy and the suite is noisy given the proximity of the restaurant kitchen. The food choice at the bar for the lunch is very limited. The child "bedroom" of the suite is small and dark (compared to the lighty photos).

Despite what was on the booking confirmation neither lunch nor supper were available in the hotel restaurant and there are no restaurants within walking distance Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. We visited 2nd week in September and they were clearly about to close for the winter.

I had an absolute wonderful time here the staff are amazing .Adriano especially looked after us so well at the pool barAnd was helping me with my Italian also gave me tobacco when I had ran out and wanted to wait to go to town later. he made lovely drinks too. the pool is massive and clean . we stayed in a junior sweet it was so private like little Villas the shower was gorgeous.We had a mini fridgethe cleaners we're great everyday lovely fresh room . towels and made bed . the breakfast was nice fresh fruit of all types eggs toast and and array of cakes home made by a lovely woman In the kitchen .there is a bus to the beach every hour and back . they offer massages too .in the hotel . which I didnt avail of .they had a taxi man who picked.us up every day .

I didn't like the ants don't leave food out but thats something u shud know hahathe location without a car or scooter . Otranto centre was too far too walk for me so got taxis which cost us 15 each way but was told b4 coming to puglia u need a car to get round .

The pool is fantastic. Love that they have blow up toys for the kids. Would be even better if they had more toys/floats for the kids. Breakfast is really lovely!!! The staff is really nice and helpful. It has a really great location.

The beds, linens, and bed spread. The menu at the pool menu is not good.

The best asset is the big pool. It’s good enough for children to play while parents lie down watching or do some swimming. The pool itself is very clean, and 'animation' is good

The bungalows are kind of pre-fabricated houses with some deco and comfort elements inside, but you get the feeling you are living in camping bungalow accommodation because of the cracking noise and bouncing floor when you walk. It does not feel like you are in 4-star accommodation. This was the most expensive accommodation we stayed in and the worst quality, with a difference.They allow adults to smoke around the pool which is not ideal as children are playing around the sunbeds. Food at the swimming pool bar is terrible. You will pay €15 for a dry, thin-like-paper frozen snitchchel. The kid's Play area is rusty and old and the worst is, is in the swimming pool area so you cant just leave them there and relax in the bar having a drink. One evening, coming back from Otranto, we asked to have a drink in the hotel bar/resto terrace but the waiter told us we could but we would have to wait as he was on his own serving all tables. There is no such a thing like a drinks bar in the evening. They are understaffed.It's a pity as the place has potential but is losing standards and is badly maintained

Breakfast and pool area were very good but accommodation was only standard. Kitchen facilities were not great for a family.

Accommodation needs to be upgraded. Too small for a family. Also the ants were a major problem!

Large swimming pool,great staff.

Stayed as beachfront, which it wasn’t but they did have bus to take you to beach which for some reason didn’t run on Sundays!

Breakfast was great and the service was excellent. The kids loved the big pool. We had an issue with our rental car and the staff managed it for us so we could enjoy our evening in town.

Internet was spotty inside our room. Guests should be able to receive beach towels for the pool.

The junior suite was very spacious and comfortable.The staff really did their best to make our stay a good experience, although some times the structure itself is just not up to it.

The place is missing small details to make it really good. A few examples: - Not a single hook in the bathroom to hang towels- the swimming pool is really not kids friendly, as well as the “kids play area” is a big let down - it’s super small, very run down and just next to the deep end of the pool (2 meters deep).- upon arrival we discovered that the shuttle and restaurant services were not available due to low season. It did not spoil the holidays, however it would have been good to know in due time.

Too early check-out at 10 :), but it seems to be common in Italy. No blanket in the room, just a sheet. Also seems to be common here. Wifi a bit unstable but otherwise really perfect place.

loved the enormous pool. breakfasts were good. we really liked the beach where we had free loungers and umbrella although we didn’t know that until 2 days into our stay
