Dimora San Giuseppe Hotel & SPA

The room was nice but the kind staff, spa experience and location were perfect. We even had help from the staff when we couldn’t get a ride back to our next hotel the day after we checked out! We are forever grateful for their kindness and for making our trip extra special. We will be back ❤️

Warmly recommending this hotel. It is a beautiful building, staff is very polite and breakfast is amazing! Room was spacious enough, with a toilet within the room but a floor above.

It’s not worth it the price. Room and bathroom without windows. They don’t clarify that breakfast is not included at the moment of the check in. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Not recommended.

This hotel was fantastic! So pretty, breakfast is delicious, and the people were so helpful and nice. We stayed in a lot of airbnb's and hotels on our trip and this was the first one with AC that really worked well and a comfy king bed! It was 97 degrees outside so I cannot emphasize the AC enough. Location was great, quick little 5 minute walk to the main stretch. Parking was super easy and only 6 euros a day!

They had quite a big daily city tax on the room, I'm not sure if that's an Otranto policy or because of their spa facility, but it was like 40 euro a day. Our airbnb taxes were one euro per person a stay so it was a little unexpected.

The Spa facility was excellent and relaxing. Additional Spa treatments with Alessia included a Pedicure and manicure of the highest quality. The daily breakfast was varied and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

The room was dark and a bit humid. Communication with the staff wasn’t very clear about breakfast. I had understood that it was included, but it wasn’t. I would have appreciated being informed in advance (probably something Booking.com should work on as well).

Everything. Staff were so friendly and helpful and easy going. The hotel was bright and high quality evident in every way. Loved the bar and breakfast area. Food was beautiful. Had a treatment at the spa which was so relaxing and again the staff member so lovely. Thanks all

Thought there was a pool but it’s actually a hydro pool ( large jacuzzi style ) in spa and spa 40 euros per day per person…not worth the cost for limited facilities and should be free to guests…

Not as I was imagining with the pictures but was the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful but small and they don’t have the parking there.But you can unload your things and park on the parking close by. It’s walking distance from good restaurants and the historic downtown.

Lovely gem of a boutique hotel! Warm and inviting staff, excellent breakfasts, and the entire property was spotless. The property is just a 5 minute walk to town and all of the attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!

Everything! The artichtecture and history yet all the elegance and modern commodities it offers.

The hospitality Simone specially was such a great host. I had a motorcycle accident and he even halo mw out cleaning my wound. The rest of the staff was on point always looking for me and the breakfast was the best I had in italy.

Shower was low pressure but wasn’t draining well so was filling up the shower basin.

Beautiful historical property with its own charm. The staff was absolutely incredibly nice and helpful, they helped us to find some really nice and unique places for swimming and beach.
