Apulia Hotel Vittoria Resort Pool & SPA

Great town and hotel was five minute walk away from seaside. Enjoyed the room, spa was spectacular. Continental breakfast was appreciated as well.

WiFi really never worked in our room. Kept alerting staff but they were never able to solve. Hurt us because we were unable to work from hotel :( Only place we were truly able to get steady WiFi was in the hotel lobby

Breakfast was exactly the same each day; not multiple choices so,if you stay more then 3 days is already too much

It was clean, well located and we got a good deal.

The description about certain things like pool opening hours (E.g. seasonal, but what does that mean? Apparently already closed in October). They also apparently don’t expect breakfast guests at 10:00 anymore when breakfast is until 10:30, some parts of the breakfast like scrambled eggs were already removed. Cleaning up usually started around 10:25. The bar is off season also a bit sad to look at and not very welcoming. Nobody is sitting there basically, would assume it’s due to the small area and the non present staff. Besides that I believe the hotel needs a renovation rather soon, in case they want to attract a more mixed guest range.

Proximity to town and the breakfast was good.

Cleanliness of the pool & grounds upkeep was marginal.

Close to everything... very nice room, friendly staff. Great, it had a elevator . Breakfast was included also very good.

Great Location, nice large rooms great pool area!

Breakfast was good. The location was perfect just outside of the main area, 3 minutes walk away. Parking was free if you use the rear carpark just passed the hotel up a single track drive.

Sadly the pool was closed and didn't open until mid May.The spa didn't open until 4 pm and was a little limited so I can imagine it gets busy in the main season. These are more points to note, rather than complaints.

Only 1 chair in the twin room...No tea/coffe kettle...No glasses - we had to ask for it at the reception...No chairs at the balcony

The Spa was so relaxing! The staff was friendly and accommodating. It is a quick walk to the beach and castle. We loved our time at Vittoria Resort.

Everything was great. Location perfect. Parking was available. Great entertainment at the banquet dinner we just happened to be there for. Would stay there again

The view from room was nice and you couldJust see the sea. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and the staff nice at breakfast

The pool was not open and no outdoor seating even though it was 24 degrees we were told it was their winter. That was very disappointing. Also the spa was much too expensive and only bookable at impossible times when we were out exploring. The room was basic but large. The location was good for a 5 min walk into the centre. We had one awful experience of getting stuck in the hotel lift for about 7 minutes. That was absolutely terrifying for me as am slightly claustrophobic and we had to bang and shout to make sure someone heard us. When the lift eventually moved and opened the hotel said nothing not even sorry. That did ruin our stay

Aircondition did not work properly.Tv did not work. Asked the reception gave us new battries and still did not work.Rooms need refurbishment

Large room, easy parking, nice staff

Shower was like a garden hose, you needed to plug in to change heads. Geared for tour operators and large groups

On site parking. Close location to old town. A pool with loungers to relax.

Dated hotel. Faded now and in need of refurb, particularly the bathrooms. Furniture looking tired.

Clean great breakfast close to Main Street

The garden with the swimming pool and the room facing the garden side. It wouldn't be as good the other side facing the street. Good AC for hot weather!!Kind staff, excellent housekeeping

Big bathroom, but old design. I would have preferred dicroic hot lights in the bathroom.

Pool is a good relief.Walking along the promenade is lovely.Don't go to their beach unless you don't have a car.If you have a car just go looking for beaches and parking there.Staff were incredible.Breakfast was great. They have fruit but I'd like more.

Great location with short walk to restaurants and bars. Spacious room and onsite parking available. Lovely pool area with lots of seating. Great breakfast selection.

Bed was very firm. Each night there was live music happening in the restaurant area downstairs which was very audible from our room even with doors/windows closed.
