    • Room, location, room services, pamphlets to what to visit, map of the city, staff at the lobby were very nice.
    • Great location by the train station. Large room, friendly staff.
    • Location and room size are fine. The only things.

    Cons -

    • -Difficulty to enter the bathroom- would have like more towels- would have like blankets
    • No drinking glasses in the room.
    • Morning staff didn't speak a word in English. The breakfast was rubbish. A couole of pastries in the cafe next to the hotel. Nothing of this was warned when we paid for it the day before, an the girl in the afternoon shift did speak English. When we realized how was the situation and asked for a refund , the staff in the morning refused despite we contacted as an option the day before. All this with great difficulty because my French is limites and the guy didn't understand not even what breakfast meant.Mattreses were really uncomfortable.

Location. Hotel is just next to the train station.

The water system in the bathroom has a problem. It made weird noise the whole night and it was almost flood when I took a shower.

Right in front of the train station! Very convenient and walking distance to many restaurants and cafés.

    No elevator.

Excellent location near the station and easy walk into town. Room was clean & comfortable. We didn’t mind that there was no breakfast as the bistro across the road does an excellent one.

A bit noisy at times and the curtains were thin.

The location was great. It is placed in a quiet area, just around the corner from the main historic sites and from the train station. The staff was very friendly and supportive at all times.

The room was quite small and the toilet was too small. One could barely fit in the toilet. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and the water remained stocked there for quite a while. The building had been refurbished but the style was quite old. Some extra refurbishment is needed. There was a working lift, but it was too small for a hotel. It might also need some extra refurbishment...

The position was great as we were close to old town and the railway station, there was parking for the time we hired a car and the staff were wonderful.

You could not make a cup of tea or coffee in your room, although you could make one in the lobby there was not water to fill the kettle so we had to wait until the receptionist was able to fill it for us. The door to the bathroom hit the bed when open so was difficult at night. The shower also got water all over the floor.

    Room was good

Shower curtain was in a heap.Looked at and learned how rod worked and refitted it where it should be.Suprised that you don't have people or a system to fix a basic thing.Suprised that you don't have breakfast or dinner.Do not like suprises.

The staff were excellent right from the start, Nothing was too hard and he spoke enough English as my French wasn't so good to explain everything to me and also give directions when I needed.

Position near the station.Desk staff very friendly

Room was small and basic. No breakfast facilities.Only one plug socket.

    8JeremyPosted on: 7-17-2024

The location across the road from the train station is ideal, especially as we had an early train to catch! The staff were welcoming and the room was quiet.

Single use plastic cups. Please stop providing them in the interest of the planet!

Lack of cleaning, no ac, bad service, to many to mention

Nothink, only the receptionist was very nice!

everything, tragedy and nightmare! It smells, most things are broken, the location is near the train station, etc.

    9SallyPosted on: 7-10-2024

The location is unbeatable if you need the railway station, which we did. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very small and the curtain was see through, so we felt a little exposed with the lights on at night. It would have been good to have a little outside space but that is difficult in a city centre hotel.

    9ShirleyPosted on: 6-20-2024

Good location, parking included, was offered a free coffee on a number of occasions. Good price and friendly staff.

It is a functional hotel , 2 star, would benefit from some upgrades but good for price

    7ChristinePosted on: 6-6-2024

    Closeness to station, price

Tiny room, only one pillow, not close to our other room. No food available, no coffee in the morning. Elevator was very tiny and shuddered on way up…scared us! Hallway narrow and dark.

    7JoanPosted on: 6-4-2024

Right next to the train station with bars and breakfast places outside. On the main promenade to the Roman amphitheater so suited perfectly

The room layout was slightly awkward and they didn’t do breakfast

    5PaulaPosted on: 6-3-2024

The location was great, just across the train station, which made the hotel very convenient. The only issue was that the shower was clogged. Other than that it was great

    Only the shower.

    7VanPosted on: 5-16-2024

Close to railway and city centre

No breakfast, hotel was a bit run down
