Pros +
- Basic but lovely hotel near downtown. We booked very last minute and got there late at night and the gentleman at the front desk was waiting for us upon arrival, helping us with parking and even offering to carry my luggage up the stairs. His kindness at this late hour was truly appreciated. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, AC was a huge plus as we were in the middle of a heat wave. We had one of our best sleeps of the trip.
- Lovely friendly hotel just a short walk from the centre. Great to park our car safely in their garage. Staff were very nice and very helpful especially when my husband was unwell.
- A great stay! We stayed two nights in Nîmes, and this was such a great accommodation. We appreciated the use of the hotel cot, and the room was cozy for a family of 4. The terrace was lovely for breakfast. Parking was easy at the property. The hotel is in walking distance to Nimes centre.
Cons -
- Nothing!
- I found the mattress a little too hard but it wasn’t a big deal.
- Not a huge amount of cafes/restaurants in immediate/close proximity for dinner/breakfast, but is in easy walking distance to the centre of town.

Secure parking at a 10€ per night charge. Breakfast available again 10€ per person. Staff friendly and helpful.
The room was small, but this is common in France.
Easy to walk to the main shopping and sites from here. Also had a parking garage which was great. The outdoor area was nice and the staff were friendly.
Needs a bit of love to improve the street appearance.
Wonderful staff and great building/location with patio access
The check in guy was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the location superb.
The breakfast was pricey: €10 for what was essentially a croissant and a coffee.
Well situated with secure parking and great staff
Narrow streets.
Friendly staff, rooms fine and good location. The hotel's best feature is its lounge and outdoor patio area. Relaxing place to chill and take a break
it wasnt really an issue but could have done without the alarm going off!
Not far from the train station and the town facilities.
Work was being performed on the roof and gutters which was a bit noisy and meant we couldn’t sit out in the outdoor areas. Just a temporary thing that I accept can happen.
Pleasant staff
Small bedroom with no direct light. Window opened into the breakfast area. Not a pleasant walk into centre. Lots of rubbish and sex shop.
All needs were resolved.
The room had no external window. Curtains were needed to create privacy from the lounge.
Owner was friendly and helpful.Secure parkingBed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good. 10.mins walk to the centre, Arena etc.
The bathroom was tiny, badly needs updating. toilet leaked. Shower hardly big enough to turn around in.Room was tired, very small, dark and dingy. On line, it said the patio garden was available and heated in winter. It was closed and inaccessible.
Localization plus parking
Windows with view on patio, we couldn't open the window
Close to city center. Private parking in a safe garage against a reasonable fee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent eating out recommendation.
Friendly, helpful welcome. Air-conditioning. Good location for station and town (15 minute walks). Quiet. Comfy bed, hot shower. Lovely patio with shade and comfy chairs.
Window opened on to breakfast area (tented part of patio). WiFi very slow
Great location, just a five or ten minute walk to the heart of the city. Nice patio to enjoy an al fresco breakfast, which was served over a good time period.Friendly staff and very accommodating. They were able to print a boarding pass for me, as I had a 24 hour check-in window, which was a big help.
Clean and cute, Marc was fantastic (by far my fave Local ever)
Staff, patio room, overall vibe.
Sound isolation is very poor. Quite an old building.
