Best Campanile hotel we’ve stayed in so far. Very friendly and polite staff. Gated car park. Restaurant and bar on site.

It was a fair distance from the central parts. The checking process was cumbersome. The room was comfortable and it was advantageous having a bath.

Clean, tidy and excellent breakfast. Great to, very big and movable.

Heating didn’t work so well. Shower was a bit broken (but worked). Towels were small. Room was quite small.

Tidy, clean, had all you needed. Private rooms, easy to access. Working lift. Friendly staff and spoke English. Comfy beds.

Air con only heated, traffic noise if window open at night. Bit basic but does the job. Bit warm for sleeping (could just be me!)

    Clean, warm, comfortable

If you do not have an electric car charger, do not say you have. There is nothing worse than arriving somewhere after a long day driving and finding no charger as advertised.

Very clean and cozy. Very friendly and helpful staff. There’s an option to pay additional fee for a gated parking space.

    Tiny room.

Comfortable bed . Reception area very modern as was dining area. Stairwell and outer corridors needed refurbishmentGood breakfast! 12.50 e

Thankfully we requested a quiet room . It overlooked a car park. On the other side of the building the street noise would have been a big issue.

hotel was being refurbished and some carpet up on landings. Nearly fell as no light!

we liked the staff and the breakfast with fress orange juice. the parking place and walking distance to the centre of the ctiy.

a pity there was no dinner facility, becauce of renovation going on?

Staff were really helpful and friendly, newly decorated rooms also very good. Food very good.

Would like to see some English TV channels.

    comfortable bed

very expensive for what offered , for a tiny room, no fridge, no hair dryer no soap at the shower dispenser, small towels, very dirty carpets on hallways and when it rained the water was almost at the room, nothing at breakfast for gluten and lactose sensitive people. Has the sign of a restaurant on but no restaurant, nothing like a hotel for 80 euros a night, it should be a very cheap motel.

    Good location , good price

It Is very cold there and the floor Is not so clean

Good location, easy half hour walk to town, close to supermarkets

The pillow was a bit big

Staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. It was a good location for work for me. The restaurant does very good meal deals in the evening, and the food was good.

I stayed here several years ago, when it was already in need of an update, and it needs one even more now. Rooms are ok size-wise, but they are motel-style, which means less privacy if you want to look out of the window. A lot of noise from the back, rooms at the front might be quieter. Receptionist told me buses didn't go to the station (they do). I stayed there because it was convenient for where I was working, and if you are driving, it is probably easier than being in the centre. It's a good 20-30 minutes walk to the centre, though, and not much in the area.

this is i will not come anymore, they better hotels for same prices, this is not a real Campanille, they need to revise this hotel en their standards

Room from the 60´s noisy, dirty, no more i can explain, people was ok, not superswet, i am sure the are betters hotels in the are, i made a mistake

Room fine, nice touch having kettle and tea sachets. The hotel is situated a reasonable walking distance to the Roman amphitheatre and with a couple of restaurants close by.

The person on reception when we arrived was on the phone and the call appeared to be a personal one. She continued the call whilst checking us in...at least 4 to 5 minutes and was still on the phone as we found our way to the stairs. She seemed to be on the same call 5 or 10 minutes later when others were checking in. Very unprofessional! We were also disappointed to discover when we came back from a walk into town that the restaurant was not open at the weekend...we stayed on a Saturday night. Perhaps the receptionist might have pointed out which facilities were or were not available had she not been preoccupied with her phone call. And although we were quite happy to use a public parking space outside the front door, it was surprising that we were not told about the secure parking at the rear.

Breakfast was tolerable although the staff was not caring

after an unfriendly "welcome" we moved into the run-down, shabby room on the ground floor, which was in such an intolerable condition so we had to change it. only after we threatened to change to another hotel the lady offered another room (initially no room was available). The other room was just not better. the wallpaper is coming loose in the walls, deposits in the toilet, etc... Finally we slept better in the car despite 90 euros for a smelly shabby hotel room.
