    Pros +

    • Did a nice job shutting hall doors for sound reduction with wedding. Adequate rooms.

    • The hotel and room facilities. The staff was nice, the room was veey good

    Cons -

    • Location removed from Central Nîmes. Long bus ride to town. Sunday’s bus only runs 1/hour. This hotel is connected with hospitality school. Front desk staff (students) couldn’t answer questions. Buffet dinner looked nice but not very good. Assuming students still learning.
    • The walls were thin and allowed me to be disturbed by telephone conversations in the neighboring rooms. My final night was horrific due to very loud sounds of sexual activity which went on in two extended sessions.I had dinner in the Brasserie on Thursday May 22 and it was execrable. A brochette of taureau so tough that it could hardly be chewed accompanied by frites which must have been cooked the day before and microwaved, greasy and limp with a sad watery ratatouille. It was one of the worst meals I have ever been served!
    • Poor Wifi!! In 2025, I rreally expected from a 4stars hotel to have a normal wifi. The breakfast was very expensive for what they purpose. No even vegetables ect

Great location for traveling stop off from Spain Good size room

Room service was shocking. Food arrived and was cold. Not even room temperature. We called and explained, they came took the food, microwaved it and sent the same plate back to the room. The staff are were inexperienced to say the least.Swimming pool was also cold

This is a hotel staffed mostly by young persons being trained to become hotelliers and restrateurs. Quite charming, not always perfect, but nowhere is even with highly experienced staff. Free parking, seafood evening on Fridays, and relatively inexpensive. Delightful front desk. Very close to the motorway if you’re looking for a one or two night stopover.

Location can be hard to find and traffic is heavy at peak times, but the hotel itself is modern and very quiet. If you’re looking to enjoy evenings walking to local cafes and restaurants, then this is not the place, but for what you save on room price there’s always a taxi or an uber.

    Not much to be honest

Not a great experience, the rooms are ok, the exterior of the hotel is tired and littered with rubbish. The main door had broken glass (which was being repaired as we left) The restaurant food was cold, bland served with stale bread. Champagne, I asked for was probably the worst glass I’ve had. Flat and warm! The spa is lifeless, the corridors are tired and dated. The area is not nice

VERY NICE AND BIG ROOM, QUITE AREA AND CLOSE TO BUS STOP

POOL WAS CLOSED DUE TO MAINTENANCE (MAINTENANCE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE BEFORE THE SEASON)

    Good location, good restaurant.

Airconditioning did not function. Room was very warm. Hotel is a bit outdated and needs an update.

Loved the breakfast, the restaurant, the spa and the staff.

Location is far from city center, but close to major highway.

    Air conditioning was very welcome.

Poor bar service… staff turning up late so reception staff had to try and do two jobs.Average food and average service in the restaurant. The scrambled eggs served at breakfast were grey in colour and disgusting. The most expensive breakfast 22EUR that I didn’t eat.

    The location was ideal

The wifi was not connecting most times, when it did connect, the connection was very low.

Exceptional staff! When they found out neither of us spoke french they found staff who spoke English to wait on us. Everyone was super kind and really helpful. Really comfortable bed, superb shower and fantastic breakfast with extraordinary choice. I didn't get to use any of the spa facilities as it was just an overnight stay so cannot comment on that facility, but if it was anything like the rest of the hotel then I expect it would be fabulous.

We had a small issue with the food at dinner but the staff sorted it out really well. Other than that nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. This is a minor niggle, and certainly wouldnt stop me from returning,

room with balcony, clean, great staff, great food, the desert buffet was outstanding

    6KevinPosted on: 1-15-2023

beds were good, car park close to reception, the staff (mainly students) were lovely, it has a restaurant, the main course was mediocre but the deserts were out of this world!

nowhere to walk the dogs, yes it is a dog friendly hotel, however no facilities for them.

    Passable

The Restaurant was chaotisch. There was no coordination amongst the restaraunt staff. We were kept waiting for attention. We would have liked to have enjoyed the fixed menu, but two of the starters were not available (hummus and carrot is not everyones choice as a starter!). The breakfast was overpriced at €22.I booked the hotel because it has a swimming pool, but it did not open until 9 a.m. (by which time we were underway)
