Kyriad Nimes Centre

All of it very unfriendly

faultless location. Clean, towels and coffees changed daily

Too small, walls transmit neighbours' noise.

Breakfast very goodRooms require upgradeGround floor record gave the impression that the bedroom standard would be the same but not the case

Above

Very good location, free parking, and helpul staff.

The room was very comfortable great value for the money The staff were very helpful and friendly There was plenty of storage in the room and we were able to store our bikes in the garage securely. There were 6 plug sockets in the room!Central for everthing so could walk.

The shower over the bath could do with modernisation

The location was good....not too far from the Arena and central and....has a parking garage with 4 parking spots.

The room was very small....terribly old and smelly....mold on the ceiling....really uncomfortable ?

The location

Small room and very tight parking

The location was great and the hotel was clean.

The room was quite small and the air con didn’t work and the shower didn’t have a hook. When asked staff were able to move us but the air con was really poor in the second room as well.

Very close to historic centre of Nimes.9 Minute walk from train station.Staff friendly and helpful

Ensuite shower is small and has a curtain that gets in the way. Buffet breakfast is ok

My "economic" single was small , overlooking the road, but had everything in it I needed. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was a good breakfast buffet but it only appeared to be included in the price because I booked through booking.com. The reception is manned 24 hrs with mostly English speaking staff. The hotel is a short walk from the old part of the town where there are countless bars and restaurants.

Not much to complain about at all; although I was OK with a very small room not everyone would be. There were a few drinks on a shelf behind reception but no wine and evidently no beer - it would have been good if there was some.

Finding a hotel at a cheap price for 1 night in August is not easy. This one gives good value to money seen the prices of the others all around the city center.

The moquette is horrible, please remove it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer a spot in a garage for the vehicle. The hotel‘s location is really close to the wonderful center of Nîmes.

The property is getting old and could need some general maintenance. Our AC didn’t work, which shouldn’t happen, but we got offered a ventilator right away.

Good location for the town centre. Safe car parking on site, for a daily fee.

Room not serviced during a 2 night stay. Clean towels were supplied when we asked.

The hotel offers paid parking, which is a big plus and from there it's a walking distance to the old part of town. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The air conditioning could not cope with the heat. And the beds are not the most comfortable I've ever slept in, but for one night it's alright.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, I was impressed. Freshly baked gluten free bread from the boulangerie was supplied just for me.Although breakfast was mostly bought in items there was an excellent choice including fresh fruit, eggs and cold meats and a selection of cheese. The hotel is in a quiet street but less than a five minute walk to the Arenes and old city centreVery cleanGarage parking available by reservation was excellent

The hotel is in a very old building and some areas are in need of repair/redecoration.My room had a large bathroom with a large high sided bath. There no grab rails nor anti slip protection in the bath and no shower curtain/screen so taking a shower was not easy. The bathroom also had a very large window on the street side and I was not convinced it gave sufficient privacy

Great place, location.. very friendly staff.. arrived nearly midnight.. the man was so cheerful, happy and helpful.

Nil

Secure parking, short walk to main sights, nothing too much trouble for staff.

Great location, good room, very clean!

The WiFi didn’t work at all. The shower didn’t have warm water sometimes.

Excellent location, walking distance to shopping, monuments, market, train station, bus station... Good breakfast, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. I would come again.

Overall very nice experience, nothing to complain about! When I slept there was no actual problem but the door is not soundproof.

Location, parking, room small but it has everything, clean

Everything is OK, like in a picture. For breakfast I could not find hot water for tea
