The Originals City, Hôtel Nîmes Costières

We arrived just past midnight with a last minute reservation and a dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an electric car charging station which was a positive surprise.

The room was a bit smaller than we would have liked with our dog. There was only one set of towels for both of us.

Room was too small, no table, no wardrobe.There was little food for breakfast. They did not refill the food if it was eaten. Some products were expired.During our stay, there were 5 receptionist, only one of them spoke English. They were not able to speak any other languages (german, spanish, ...)

No shelves fot the clothes. Just a small space with a few hangers; the size of the room and the bathroom is small; far away from the city center

Pleasant

Lots of ants in the bedroom. Only 1 nice friendly staff, young lady first night we arrived. The rest of the staff were adequate, but not friendly. The barman was particularly rude, spending more time with a friend. He behaved as if he was doing us a favor instead of doing his job.

It was an affordable option with free parking near the city (if you have a car) but it was not worth the poor night sleep

The room ventilation was making a loud noticeable noise. We talked to the reception and they said they were aware of it but couldn't do anything. The did not try rectify the situation by changing us rooms or offer any other sort of compensation for it(free breakfast or something) . We slept terribly and cannot recommend this place.

Location near parc expo was good. Close to eating and shopping. Quiet side street. Staff friendly and trying to help with issues

Stained bed linen, stained pillow case, stained and worn blanket, leaking shower and bathroom sink, people trying to enter room at midnight, breakfast below expectations, heater not functioning, had to pay nearly full price for this awful hotel stay

Room was nice and comfortable. But small but okay

One room we booked was less pleasant. So single beds like cheap cots. We requested change the receptionist was rude snd he seemed stressed.. the room was not changed

We have stayed at the hotel on many occasions and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We have asked for a ground floor room and always have been able to have one every time.

The warning about renovation works should have been placed in big red letters on the hotel's booking page, not hidden somewhere in the photos. The ground floor of the hotel is a total mess and I would not have booked it if I had known about the renovation works. The room was tiny and not very clean.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful regarding how to get into town, buses etc . It was very clean, and the room made up each day. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we were up and out to make the most of our stay.

The room was a little too small for us. The bathroom although clean and modern, was very small, and there was nowhere to hang our wet towels, not even the hand towel. We made the mistake of parking under the trees one night, only to find it covered in bird poo the next day!

Easy to find as a place, parking inside is a plus.Pets are accepted with charges

Holes in thé blankets, staff is not very nice, cleaning lady came 3 time BEFORE the checkout time to clean the room, the parking was full in the evening... so, not a pleasant stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Also, it is definitely 2 stars hotel, not 3, as indicated.

We booked this hotel fifteen minutes before arrival and was surprised at the cost to value presented. The room was very clean and cozy, lots of outlets for device charging, and a new looking bathroom. There was gated parking as well.

N/A - exceeded expectations.

We stopped by on our way to Spain, location is convenient, close to the A9, easy to access and close to a commercial area. The hotel is simple but the staff is pretty nice
