Hôtel Le Pré Galoffre

It was very beautiful and gave a castle like feel. The staff was very friendly.

It was a little difficult to find.

Beautiful and nicely redone. Very comfortable rooms, wonderful dinner and breakfast! Great pool. People were so nice!

No bathroom next to the pool, which meant that we had to go to our room to use the bathroom.

Great breakfast, a good evening meal and a quiet night in a nice room. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

The hotel was not cheap, yet we could not have any choice for our evening meal, as it was a set menu. We liked the starter and the desert, but not the main course. The metal chairs in the dining area are very hard - no cushions!

Now it is December and it was cold in the room. But we found A/C with hitting mode and after one hour of A/C it was okay. But again for the price (60€) it’s reasonable ?

Great setting, very quiet, convenient for motorway access, superb breakfast.

rooms are quite small, no restaurant inhouse - but there's a good one next door (mas galoffre - it's a different hotel though!) - wifi coverage is a desaster!

Our room was beautifully furnished, very clean and the bed very comfortable. It was situated just outside the town in a quiet place. We had a great nights sleep, food was good and price of the hotel was just perfect. Thank you

Little more choice for food would have been good. €35 for set meal each with only one choice but it was good so no complaints there.

Room was perfect and staff were exceptional. A wonderful setting, easy to reach by car. We were very happy with our choice. I would certainly recommend it : )

Breakfast should be a bit richer to be good value. Only very tiny portions of pasteurized eggs, no fresh juice and nothing fresh except for some fruit.

The pool

The rooms look nothing like the pictures, pretty barebone. The food was not great and overpriced. The hotel is understaffed.

Reserved a very expensive room. Over $ US 250 for my family. But it was a relatively simple room. We just planned on being there one night as we travelled through. The air conditioning in the upper level of the room, two beds for my kids, was not working! They tried a fan. No go! Very hot, impossible to sleep up there. From desk manager tried a few things but ultimately it failed. After several back and forths two of us split up and slept in the hotel next door. This worked out OK but I did not see the value and lost time in the errors.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Pre Galoffre and especially loved our mezzanine suite as my son had a special room upstairs all to himself! The breakfast by the pool was spectacular and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The whole place was just lovely and the wall of jasmine outside our window was glorious (and smelled heavenly!) :)

I think some of the rooms have been updated and the bathroom we had should be next in line for the update. It was fine but didn't really match up to the rest of the experience. I also loved that there was a pool...but wish it was a little more in the sun.

Signage was a bit confusing and unclear. GPS has them across the street.

A lovely renovated building in a quiet rural location just outside Nimes. We liked the building, the setting /location and the swimming pool.

The rooms were not as described or as shown in the photos. Small and dark, no safe, no hairdryer, no spare plugs for charging phones you had to remove the lamps and noisy aircon The bathroom was fitted in the 1970's and needs a major update, there were no sink or bath plugs and they are certainly not as shown in the photos. see my pics The restaurant was never open on any of the 3 days we were there, (sun/mon/tues) we were sent to a hotel next door when it did open or over to the local campsite diner !!The breakfast although it was of good quality it was expensive at 17 euros each When we complained about the room we were told the good bathroom shown in the photos was just in the apartment. So be warned.

Beautiful property, friendly staff and close to the motorway. We will definitely stay here again on our travels.
