Appart'City Collection Nîmes Arènes

Front desk staff were above and beyond helpful

The room was too warm and it was impossible to cool down. The thermostat was limited to a specific temperature range, or was broken.

See liked the size of the room, the helpful staff, the location, the services/amenities.

Beautiful building in a perfect location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Beakfast was excellent

Convenient location, nice staff, beautiful rooms with high ceiling.

Nothing to entertain the kids inside the hotel. Also the fact that I had to pay an extra 10 euros because I switched to a one bed instead of twin bed and this is despite the fact I have reserved a second big room. This woukd never happen anywhere else!!

Location

Only stayed one night before catching a train. The room was huge with a kitchen and sitting area. Great location close to train and sites.

The perfect stay for a solo traveler! A 5 minute walk from the main train station and 5 to 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and cute boutique shops. The front desk were really great and attentive and even helped me book a taxi for an evening pick up. Highly recommend.

Staff were so polite and they know how to deal with guests.Location of the hotel in the heart of Nimes The rooms was big and very clean

The staff was excellent! They gave us excellent dinner recommendations, ordered us a taxi for early the next morning, and even gave us an umbrella as we went out to explore Nîmes because it was raining.

The location.

The room didn't have enough lighting. The thermostat only went up to 22C, which was not enough. The downstairs bar was poorly stocked and serviced by the front desk receptionist, Nwho was too busy to be in two places at the same time!

We arrived by train and it was just a walk down the street. The front staff were so very welcoming and gave us the most excellent lunch recommendation. Appreciate laundry facilities and the large room and comfort of the bed and pillows.

A large and luxurious room in a perfect location for exploring the city

The room was very comfortable and the view was breath taking. The central location was very useful as everything we needed was in one place.

One of the receptionist wore an unpleasant forced smile and wasn't very friendly. She wasn't very eager to help us unlike the others.

Everything was great. Good location. Great staff. Paul was extremely helpful

Location is fantastic in the middle of the old town. Walking distance to everything.Bedrooms/appartements are huge and comfortable. With a nice kitchenette.Staff is super nice and accommodating.Big underground parking in front of the hotel.

We were upgraded to a very spacious one bedroom apartment, with the large bedroom overlooking a tree-lined boulevard. The separate lounge had a smart TV that connected seamlessly, which was much appreciated. The bathroom was enormous and contained a separate bath with shower plus an additional walk in shower. The small kitchenette was adequate for our needs and included a tiny dishwasher. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the laundry facilities in the basement and also ordered room service pizzas, which were delicious.

Something to be aware of - the toilet is separate from the bathroom and opens directly onto the kitchenette. Only 1 dishwasher tablet was provided for our 5 night stay.

The apartments were perfect in all aspects. Comfort, locations, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Nimes.

The location was excellent and the staff was incredibly helpful. There is underground parking in front of the hotel, which is a little tricky, but the hotel staff was helpful in explaining how to park. They also recommended good restaurants.

Big spacious room with separate seating area. Well located in the center .

The location was a short walk from the train station and a short walk to the amphitheater and Roman museum.
