Comfort Aparthotel Nimes Centre

The clean comfortable room and bed was delightful, and the hot shower and towel rack was a complete luxury after being in Nepal for weeks.

It was difficult to find the front door to the hotel, and I ended up circling around for a long while.

We stayed at one of the two rooms apartments and it was really good. The service of the staff, though, is limited to certain hours, not too many, along the day.

Close to the train station and park. Groceries we nearby and laundry was onsite.

Beds were uncomfortable.

The location is perfect, right next to the train station in Nimes. We had a small balcony to the plaza besides the train station which albeit noisy outside, we didn't hear any traffic or noises in the night. The balcony was perfect to chill out and eat. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms and toilet were modern, clean and comfy. The breakfast was also really good.

Very clean, comfortable apartment. Kitchen was well equipped. There was even filtered water for your bottle and drying rack for your clothes, if you wash them. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Great employees, across the street from the train station, would love to stay more than one night since there was a lil kitchen.

There was super loud construction, it sounded like a jack hammer breaking up cement right outside at 6 or 7 am. :( :( :(

good location, nice staff

very narrow beds, the view from the window was of a construction site, a cockroach was found in the room

Conveniently located. Very clean and comfortable.

The only downside was how difficult it was to find. There was no marking corresponding to any name used on the reservation.Building number is non-existent, when arriving late a night, already exhausted, having to ask around many times to finally find the place was frustrating.

Nice staff -Good water pressure in shower -Convenient to train station and car rental companies -

Dismal room -AC didn’t work -

This is such a great studio that we wish we'd stay longer. Welcoming and helpful staff. Easy to access anytime with clear instructions, many amenities available, well equipped kitchen in the room, laundry room, and breakfast services on the ground floor. The hotel is located across the street from the train station with stores and restaurants nearby. They even allowed us to store our luggage past our stay so we could walk around Nîmes for the last day there.

Nothing to report

The staff were lovely. We arrived early and although we were not able to check in early, we could leave our luggage to go explore the town. The location was extremely convenient to the train station and centre ville as well. I didn't realize there would be no one at reception after 9p. When we arrived back after dinner, we couldn't collect our bags (since the staff was gone for the night). Thankfully, they did have an after-hours number to call to get access inside and they provided a code where we could pick up our room keys after hours. The property was clean and close to a Carrefour city (which was convenient).

The bed was very firm and unfortunately, there was only one (mostly flat) pillow per person, so my partner and I each had a difficult time sleeping. The biggest challenge was that our room was VERY warm. We had turned off the heat, but the fan/AC did not work. We were on the first floor and also could not open our window (it seemed to be bolted shut). When mentioning to reception the next morning about the AC not working, they explained that the whole building is either on heat (or cool) at the same time... so since it was the spring, the building was still on heating. I didn't sleep well because of the heat, the hard beds, and the flat pillows, but I would stay again based on the staff, location, and price.

Professional reception staff, lovely big room with kitchen, great shower, laundry machines pay by card. About one minute from station,10 minutes from arena. Nice food at Thai place next door. One of the best I have stayed in during a month in France.

Cancelled by them at 2140 on my arrival. No warning.

Exceptionally poor. My 2 rooms for my family were cancelled. On booking, I made clear we would arrive between 2100-2200. Buried in the small print of the confirmation was the fact that the reception closed after 2100. We arrived at 2140. Found a number to call. They told me our room was cancelled. That my card had been declined (it hadn’t, becuase Booking.com stated the room was payable on arrival. I received a ‘we are looking forward to seeing you’ email at 0900 on the day of the booking…so they didn’t think it was cancelled at 9 the same morning…2200. Desperately searching for somewhere else for my family to stay overnight….

Excellent location opposite Nîmes train station. Friendly staff and quiet rooms.

Great location opposite Nimes train station and an easy walk to the centre. Very clean and comfortable, kitchen had everything you would need, loads of hot water in tge shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend

I was very pleased with our room which was very comfy and very clean. You have everything you need in the kitchen, the bathroom was spotless and loved the powerful shower. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The location is fantastic, you have everything you need at your doorstep and you are 10 mn walk away from the town center.

everything was great, the food, the location and the hospitality of the staff (specially Victor)

Very close to Nimes station, suitable for train passengers.

The entrance is not very obvious; the room was a little dark and the area around the entrance is a bit messy. This was the first time we’ve had to dispose of our own rubbish at an Aparthotel.

Right next to the train station

The smell the room - cold cigarette/ mold smell

Located next to the train station. Was only there for a stopover, so it was perfect.Clean room and friendly staff.Nothing much to add. Cheap and cheerful

Nothing. It was up to my experience
