Price.

This was a one-star hotel, not a three star hotel. The carpets had massive stains in the rooms and hallways. Very few amenities. Awful towels. There was no staff when we arrived. I never received contact with codes.

NO one .. all bad experiences 4. The room was dirty on the floors and bathrooms .. did not correspond to what was requested 5. We left the hotel immediately and we did not take care of it because of the bad physical conditions. We wait for the refund

1. We requested a room with two beds and only had one bed. 2. The air conditioning did not work ... there was no one at the reception to fix it 3. The reception closes at 900pm. After that time they leave a phone to call, which they never answered

The staff was very friendly and was the highlight of the visit

The room smelled of old carpet and cigarette smoke and we had to sleep closer to the window to get fresh air. The bed, bathroom, sheets and such were clean, but the room was old and had an overall smell of bad.

Easy access from the highway with sufficient on-street parking in front. There is a bus stop one block over, so access to the historical center is easy. The room is no frills, but is clean and has everything you need for either a short or long stay. The kitchenette is sufficient for making a breakfast or snack.

The parking was limited because the Tour de France was coming the next day, but we still found some.

Price per night was misleading. Only found out when I got the bill on the last day that the price per night was different and more expensive per night towards the weekend. Should have been told this before I booked the apparat hotel.

Easy self check-in with clear instructions, clean apartment, pet friendly and garage (you have to pay an extra for both pet and garage)..

For one night stay is ok.

Good location, still walkable to Nimes city center for the feria. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Parking is available just downstairs and easy access to main highways for day excursions.

The location was convenient.

The parking was horrible. Also trash was left at the door of our room. Which was not appropriate. The after hours check in process needs to be evaluated, as a client I am not comfortable that my email address and codes were shared with other clients on an email sent to all of us. For my personal email address to be shared was not ok, also the codes being sent out like that is not secure.

Good location

The hotel didn't inform us that they weren't able to charge our card, so we couldn't pick up the keys from the safe (we arrived after the opening hours) It took us an hour until we realized what might have been the problem. An assistant helped us solve the issue over the phone. In the morning, when we told this to the staff, they didn't seem to care much, blamed their computer for the mistake and didn't even apologise.

Walking distance to the centre of Nîmes, clean and lift access.

We enjoyed the location and our friendly receptionist! The apt size and having a kitchen are wonderful options.

My daughter went to use the microwave and was met with a messy surprise.

The process was simple, there was a parking spot, the room was spacefull.

The cleanness of the room, more specifically the bathroom was left to be desired. It has clearly been cleaned before but you could still find a number of spots full of dust and the shower curtain were a bit stained.

it was close to the airport

We paid for breakfast but didn’t know that breakfast is served later on a Saturday as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere, we had a flight to catch and could not wait until it was served. We were told that they could not refund us for the breakfast. Each room has a hot water boiler and when we tried to take a shower in the evening there was only enough hot water for 1 short shower.

It was comfortable and mainly clean. The small kitchen was welcome. It was good value for money.

Nice, comfy rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful (greetings to the lady from the reception, you are doing a great job!). Breakfasts are the best (wide choice of very fresh and tasty food).

The window in our room was locked and permanently blocked on purpose (with some nail/small sheet of metal), so that it could not be opened. Not nice if you cannot open the window for 4 days :(.Another thing: We stayed 4 days, we ate 3 breakfasts. There was one lady serving breakfast who was super great (very nice, super helpful, she cared a lot about us and the place - thank you!). But one day there was another one. Unpleasant, she made a problem that she had to bring us the missing cheese and ham (because she didn't want to open a new package when we were the last guests of the day). She was touching dirty dishes and just after that the bread without washing hands. And she was watching something on the phone while a lot of dirty dishes after previous guests were gathered on a dirty table in the dining room (not taken to the kitchen). I really hope she was there just one day for replacement.

we are often use this apartment with my man but this time it’s was terrible. Everywhere was the smell of cat urine! We need to stay 3 hours more next day and they took money like for a second night! Incredible! And lie that I disturbed someone at midnight with my heels when in reality we slept before midnight. what a relation!
