Location, very friendly staff.

We had one diner, honestly the food was tasteless.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and they offered really lovely meals in the evening. The location for the historic centre was great.

The plumbing was a bit so-so. The shower sprayed straight out into the room and needed work to correct but these old buildings are hard to plumb.

Location is great and the staff are exceptional

The room is cosy and spacious. The shower is awesome.

The queen bed has 2 twins mattress instead of a queen mattress...

I liked it, my wife not so much, she compared it to Les Pasteliers in Albi. Location was great, so was the breakfast, and dinner restaurant next door.

A bit difficult to find by car, but this is typical of French cities with all the one ways, street obstacles, etc.... Called Christian at the front desk who guided us by phone right to the hotel.

The location was great-near the airport but in a residential area. Hotel has parking.

I would like to have a top sheet on the bed. There was only a heavy quilt.

We had a wonderful experience at Royal Hotel. Our corner room was spacious, the staff welcoming and we loved the decor throughout the hotel. Having the restaurant downstairs was brilliant and the food and drinks there were outstanding. Very close to Les Arenes and Maison Carree.

It was spacious and clean with friendly people.

Only negative were the stairs but the willing and able staff took care of taking cases up and down.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant attached which served in the afternoon and evening. The second room I was given was very beautiful, and the linens were high quality. There was an espresso maker in the room, which was a nice addition. Location was very good, very close to attractions and restaurants.

The first room I was given had no windows at eye level... it was like being in a submarine. They said it was bc I had asked for a single bed. They politely accommodated a move to a slightly smaller but much more acceptable room.

The hotel is situated in a restricted area of the city. This made getting there very difficult

Location is excellent and parking is covenient. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is large.

No elevator. Beds are too soft.

Location was perfect. Across the street from historic area. Large room, modern bathroom with make-up mirror. Extra helpful staff, great cocktails and restaurant. The decor and art was great with lots of character. Parking under hotel.

Central to everything

No lift, the property agreed to a queen( husband quite tall) however the bed is a double.

It's all about the staff. They are all just so friendly and without exception.Second, you park right under the hotel, public parking, but the hotel has a convenience with the garage, so you get a very good price.Lastly, rooms are not fit in the latest fashion, but they are spacious and offer all the comfort you seek, when you wish to retire and sleep.

The building is hundreds of years old but the interior has a modern twist. Loved our room #19 as it was large, decorated had a funky vibe and bathroom was nice. There’s no elevator but front desk hauled our bag up. Their restaurant is outside and was delicious.

Graciously greeted by the owner who helped us right away with our bikes and bags. Spacious room overlooking the square. Attentive staff- Max is wonderful! Good breakfast. Fantastic location and excellent dinner!
