Cons -
- The room was missing basic essentials, like soap. Although we arrived right at check-in time 3pm, our room wasn’t ready until 3:30 pm, leaving us waiting tired in the lobby. However, the biggest disappointment and shock came when the hotel reception simply delivered bed sheets to our room and asked us to make the beds ourselves. We had to prepare two beds on our own, despite being exhausted. I honestly couldn’t believe this was real, I’ve never experienced anything like it anywhere in the world. For a hotel charging 300eur per night, the service was far below expectations.
- Too expensive for what it offers. No fridge or minibar. Far from Legoland for a Lego motel. It is almost same distance as Billund hotels, which are more decent as pricing goes. Basic breakfast, not something extraordinary (compared with Legoland Deutschland for example). Next time will find something else.
- 4 star price and 2 star quality and service. Could learn from Disney.

Location
Very expensive for the amenities. Staff were not willing to even consider a switch to a better location. Said the entire facility was completely full, but if full there were numerous empty parking slots open.
Breakfast was fantastic, many choices, great food. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Room was very basic, it could have been much nicer. Legoland village has awesome playgroundsand my son had wonderful time
The room was very basic.
Location, comfort are great. Ladies on the reception are very friendly and helpful.
No tea/coffee and kettle in the room.
The room was spotless and the staff very friendly. Duplo in the room was keeping the child busy. The outdoor facilities were great.
Good location, in steps to LEGOLAND and Lego house.
bed sheets for extra pay, no bottle water, no kettle, no tea/coffee
Breakfast was rich. Kids loved the pancake machine. The room was cool and with the Lego TV they almost couldn't go to bed... XD. The Location was excellent because it's close to both LegoLand and Lego House.
Nothing I dislike, just a reminder: I wasn't paying attention that the customers should bring their own beddings(bed sheets, duvet covers, and towels). But fortunately at the reception desk we can still rent the whole set (4 sets cost 50 euros) so it wasn't a big deal.
so close to everything. amazing little playgrounds around every corner
Hiring sheets and towels as an extra. the beds were small
The staff was extreme friendly and it was well cleaned. We loved the treaserechest with duplo, campsitepark and breakfast was good. Location is good, next to Lalandia, Legoland and only 15 min walk to Legohouse.
The pillows where really bad, bathroom outdated and overpriced.
Lovely room and as booked birthday was very well decorated
That bedding wasn’t included, we only found out just before and upgraded, but if hadn’t been aware would have been a bit unhappy
Location, on site facilities
Issue with cleanliness of the room, had to ask for a kettle, water pressure in the shower non existent.
Obviously the lego structures and theme.
Room was too simple, especially bathroom (very basic), and things are overpriced.
Breakfast was good, lots of options and kids loved making their own pancaces.
Dinner was extra paid, expensive for the quality of food and optons available. Paying extra for bedding and towers make the stay more expensive. our flight was delayed and we arrive around midnight so making the beds ourself with tired and crying kids was a nightmare.
Good location with own park and a lot of attraction for children. Nice place at all. This Motel has own comfort parking, and near the motel is grocery store (name as SUPERMARKET), but for my opinion It's still little store with a poor assortiments.Very nice Breakfast!!!
First of all - in apartment was very cold, were a lot of webs and in some places was mold.It was very raining ( of course it's not problem of this motel ), and around the motel were deep puddles. For my opinion in this motel need the right storm drains, but in this case I didn't see any one.
I do not understand the price for the room compared to Legoland Hotel
We stayed 1 night (after 2 night in the Legoland Hotel) only because we could not book the Legoland Hotel for the 3 nights. The Pirates’ Inn is not as nice and as close to the Park than the Legoland Hotel and in the Pirates Inn you have to rent sheets and towels (and make your bed) but if you add the price of the room and the price for the rental of the bed sheets the cost is higher in the Pirates’ Inn. If possible I recommend sleeping in the Legoland Hotel. In comparison the Pirates’ Inn should cost way less, not more than the Legoland Hotel. We paid 440€ for 2 night at the Legoland Hotel and 250€ (including bed sheets rental) for 1 night at the Pirates’ Inn.
location, ease of checking in and out, restaurant and facilities for kids onsite.
beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, room was never cleaned - even bins emptied would have been great.
Sound insulation of buildings is equal to zero. People who are upstairs. You can hear them all when they talk. When they are in the toilet, you can hear water and other things. Overall it's very nice.
Sounds from other rooms. Very poor sound insulation.
The Lego Village was an excellent experience, the area is huge and children can play anywhere, the room were big. Next time I would try the cabins. very close to legoland <500mt and legohouse <1.5km. A walk of 25min will bring you to the city center in a very nice sculpture park. Airport is 3 km. Parking is big and with a parking permit you can stay from day of arrival until last day. Great place
I was not aware when booking the motel that you need to bring your own linen, or rent them on site. The breakfast got crowded on our last day (saturday, recommend to visit during week in September, beware Legoland is open only friday, saturday, sunday, monday, legohouse everyday).
