The breakfast needs to improve as we were there for 7days and the food is almost the same each day.
I want to thank the housekeeping staff named Ramesh(if im not mistaken). He is attentive, very cheerful and never gets tired of doing good.He is very well mannered and is able to satisfy customer's needs when it comes to housekeeping.Very hardworking person who definitely needs a raise.
Parking too crowded, some event going on all 3 days.So parking was occupied by event guests. Not fair for in house guests who needs to park far and walk uphill especially after a tiring work day.
The hotel is nearby the airport. And the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Front desk staffs were very nice and friendly. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool which is really nice.
It is an ok hotel. Seems to be lean towards the Islamic community so you won't find a beer with dinner. Food was ok. Position was good for us as we needed to get to Penang airport first thing in the morning.
Holy cr@p the beds were hard. I have bad shoulders and got a dreadful night's sleep.
Location. Proximity to airport. Complimentary airport shuttle service. Didn't know about it until after arrived at hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were patient and kind when assisting with setting up our Grab app. Airport shuttle service driver was very friendly and got us safely to the airport. Overall it was okay for one night
There was ants in our room. Thankfully they stayed away from the bed but still... The room's bathroom shower, sink, and toilet was updated, overall bathroom and room still felt dated.
Pool was amazing, staff were friendly, hotel shuttle easy enough. Only 10 mins. WiFi worked well too.
Just a little expensive and more vegetarian options in the cafe would have been nice but other than that, lovely.

Checking at 3.00pm but was told room not ready. Got the key only at 3.30pm after a major complaint. Many are still waiting for their keys. Very bad hotel management, no compensation or complimentary either. Uncivilized adults at kids' swimming pool playing water slide with kids. Those kids are not educated to follow queue too. Anyway it's a common scenario at similar hotels like this. Floor plastic tiles with some foot-long duck tapes. That room costs RM300+. Overall downside of the hotel is the management and the behavior of most of the hotel guests. Otherwise it's ok, the staff should be highly appreciated.
