Staff and service. Neha from the boat house and guest relations was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and having a great time.

Food options were plenty and delicious! Grounds of property were well kept and staff went above and beyond!

Excellent swimming pool, room views, room amenities, and resort restaurants. The pool in particular was amazing. The food at the Indian restaurant is not to be missed.

A couple of insects and bugs in the room. Some staff are not well trained. It took me 45 minutes to check in even though I arrived at 4pm. This should never happen in such a luxury resort. The check in staff were very slow and not well trained.

The St. Regis was nothing but the best from the moment you drive up. From the welcome experience and being taken to your room, to every single meal, everything felt thoughtful and elevated. Their attention to detail is unmatched- wine and flowers waiting in the room, fresh fruit brought over while you’re lounging by the pool, and little touches that make every moment feel special. Highly recommend! A beautiful location and an even more beautiful experience.

Amazing facilties with a beautiful beach. to add to that the restaurants were amazing and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. they showed genuine care for making our stay comfortable. the breakfast spread was one of the best i have seen across brands and countries.

they could be a bit more accommodating towards hotel guests about the restaurant reservation. other than that everything was perfect.

If heaven on Earth exists, it is… The St. RegisFrom the very first moment we arrived, we were simply blown away. Every single member of the staff we met displayed extraordinary professionalism and a truly heartfelt warmth. The friendliness was remarkable—always genuine, never forced. Our room was refreshed several times a day, and every request—no matter how small—was fulfilled promptly and to the highest standard.Communication with the team was incredibly easy—whether via WhatsApp or email, responses came almost instantly. Any question or issue was solved quickly and effortlessly. For example, when the handle on our wardrobe came loose, it was already fixed by the time we returned from breakfast—seamless and impressive service. And on just our second day, when we had an early morning excursion, our personal butler proactively offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us. It was such a thoughtful and perfectly timed gesture.The room itself left nothing to be desired. Every conceivable need of a guest was anticipated; there wasn’t a single thing we wished had been different. We were lucky enough to have a room with direct access to the ocean—watching the sunsets and stepping straight into the water whenever we pleased was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally cozy.Throughout our entire stay we felt a wonderfully personal touch. We were celebrating both our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday, and for each occasion there were thoughtful surprises and gifts waiting for us. Any special wishes we expressed were fulfilled with ease. Unlike many other luxury resorts on the island, The St. Regis has a far more intimate atmosphere, which gave us exactly the sense of privacy we were hoping for.As for dining—there are five restaurants on the property, and we tried almost all of them. The Japanese restaurant completely stole our hearts with its exquisite presentation and flavors.

Absolutely amazing hotel!We were welcomed with a delicious drink, and their team responded to all my emails quickly and professionally. They offer well-organized activities – both indoor and outdoor.The kids’ club was fantastic, full of engaging activities and playtime.Breakfast was great – very diverse and beautifully laid out.Even the kids had plenty of options and really enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Regis Le Morne with our family. The beach was absolutely beautiful and perfect for swimming — calm, clear, and not too windy, even during the winter season. The weather was sunny throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable.We also loved the pools and the variety of restaurants included in our half-board plan. The resort’s atmosphere is serene and luxurious, and the landscaping is stunning — truly a peaceful escape. Thank you to the team for making our vacation so special. We hope to return again!

Checkout was a bit frustrating. Even after requesting a late checkout, staff kept calling and coming to collect luggage before time. Also, the coffee needs improvement — too much milk, very little coffee taste. The bathroom shower mixer was quite old and could use an upgrade.Overall, still a lovely stay but a few areas could be improved.

We chose Le Morne for our honeymoon and we realized it was the best destination to come for this special occasion. They gave us an upgrade as a kind gesture for our honeymoon. The room had a wonderful view and it was very spacious. Overall we had a 10/10 experience! Amazing beach! Very friendly, kind and professional staff! Lots of food and drink options with great taste and good value! Bonus tip: we recommend booking the excursion via the hotel, it ensures integrity and good value.

We had a wonderful stay ! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The service, the setting, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Bouchra, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. She was always available, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Her support truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We spent a wonderful week, travelling as a couple to relax. It was our second time in Mauritius (previously staying at Westin). We really enjoyed the island during our first visit, and wanted to come back to our favourite place. The hotel certainly has the best location on the blessed south-west corner of the island, the surroundings, beach and landscapes are breath-taking and the location is very quiet. It also allows practicing various sport and excursions. The facilities, spa, and rooms are excellent (perfect sleep) and supported by a high quality and kind staff. Food was excellent in all restaurants, the pastries clearly stand out. All the team has been incredibly nice and contributed to make our stay the most enjoyable and unforgettable.Huge thanks to all the team and Fahim to make our stayperfect, we clearly found our best place in Mauritius and will certainly come back.

While there is an on-site Indian restaurant, surprisingly, the 2-3 Indian dishes in the breakfast buffet were quite bad.
