No staff, no lounge, no service, no chairs anywhere, bogwater in toilet, severely-overpriced self-service, misrepresented as a hotel

The location was excellent and easy walking around the area.

Found the check in a bit frustrating and having no one on desk didn’t help. We were travelling with Family all adults and it would be nice if there was a lounge area that we could have all been together to share a beverage. The rooms due to size prevented that.

Town is a nice getaway, but without the availability of dinner or breakfast anywhere in town, I can't recommend going there

I’ll start by saying I’ve never left such a scathing review before. Very Disappointed! When we arrived/left, we were the only car in the parking lot. I had reached out to the manager to confirm we had a water view. We didn’t, I had to ask to be moved. They did change our room. We felt we were extremely deceived. Restaurant locked. Bar locked. Went into town to get dinner. No pubs serve food except Thurs-Sun. No restaurants in town …except a food truck, which was closed.

No fuss with check in, very spacious, bright and airy, an excellent choice

Nice location. Check-in was easy.

No hot water during my stay, no communication from the owners despite them knowing. Had to ask random person who happened to be someone there to look at the issue.Difficult to get a hold of the owner and then when I did, offered nothing to make up for it.

No fridge, iron, breakfast, not enough milk, tea, coffee. No reception....not good

Everything else No sitting area, restaurant for breakfast and evening meal No bar. Couldnt get a meal in village after 5.00 pmNo staff. A shame as a lovely location. Good opportunity for someone to attract visitors.

Beds to soft and couldn’t regulate the room temperature

The location is amazing, literally on the water's edge of Lough Swilly with fantastic views. The restaurant is excellent, good menu with plenty of choice, well cooked fresh produce. Fantastic breakfast. Large car park.

Breakfast is from 10am to midday, so unless you are planning on sleeping in late that's too long to wait. Strange that checkout time is 11am when you cannot even go to breakfast until 10am? The rooms and hallway are warmer than is comfortable. The room doors and fire doors bang when closing, consequently you get woken up when inconsiderate guests don't take that into consideration when they return from the pub in the early hours. The bar closes once the last diner leaves the restaurant so if you want a drink you have to go somewhere else.

Lovely views of Lough Swilly. Clean and tidy. It also handy having the restaurant next door.

One of the three rooms wasn’t ready by check in time of three O’Clock.

We found the room very cold with little heat coming from the radiators

Beds were hard, hot water took 10 mins to start, bath was tiny, bulbs fused.

I've come back here three times this year, and I'll be back again soon, absolutely love it - incredible location, lovely staff, handy self check-in, amazing setting for the restaurant (overlooking the estuary) and lovely food - couldn't recommend this place any more

The views or top class all the lights at night.the walsh family loved the spacious room and super big bathroom the beds were very comfortable we loved everything about the room.

Accommodations were comfortable and view was good. It was very quiet and private.

Hotel & Accomodation are totally seperate businesses. Wifi not working in the Accommodation but staff at hotel only able to offer a contact number.
