Excellent breakfast and restaurant for dinner

It was cold weather in October but they will not turn on the heat in the room

It was a good hotel to stay for the night in between travels across Italy. Good facility, nice stuff, close to the autostrade, nice and varied breakfast.

Noise isolation in the room wasn't the best

Easy access to the highway to do day-trips. The staff were professional and courteous. Excellent variety of foods for breakfast.

Rooms are spacious, modern and tidy. Bathroom great. Breakfast was good.

The supper was ordinary. this could be vastly improved. the service however was outstanding.

NIce hotel, very friendly and multi-lingual staff (I spoke only italian, but heard them dealing with other guests in english). Good breakfast with everything one could want-would be nicer if opened before 7am, but at 7 everything was ready.

wifi was ok but they use not-very secure WAP protocol - could be improved

Location

Beds are horrible, uncomfortable and the coverlets are in desperate need of updating. They are tired and worn. The whole hotel needs to be updated

For us it was good close to the highway to rest for one night to continue with traveling to other destination.

For a four star hotel the choice of food was limited in buffet breakfast.

The location was perfect for us since we were visiting several small towns in the area. However, it is not perfect if you wanted to walk to central Potenza. The hotel is on the other side of the highway from central. The only entrance is off the highway. You had to get on and loop around to go into town. True you are less than a mile or so away but by the time you do the highway shuffle the miles add up. It was an eight euro cab ride to basically get across the street. Did not bother us, but is good to know if you are staying here. The room was fabulous! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We stayed in the larger king. The hotel served a nice breakfast with something for everyone. Good coffee too. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and were not disappointed. The entire staff were helpful and professional, had recommendations on places to eat and see. We loved our stay.

Shower in 1 of the rooms was quite high.

Staff and manager were very pleasant and helpful. They provided us with a crucial schedule of trains going in our direction. This act was central to our completing our visit to the area. We left behind a small comb. The cleaning staff returned it to us

We liked everything. But, we were hindered in our understanding by the fact that in this region, few speak English.

Air conditioning useless. Bar fridge also not cold otherwise okay

The manager invited me for a free cup of coffee just before I left! The staff were all exceptionally friendly and the facilities excellent.
