    Pros +

    • Efficient
    • It was amazing!! So close to the historical center of Matera. Very comfortable and clean.
    • We stayed there for one night. The room was very clean & new. The hotel has a great bar & breakfast. The location was very good, we wanted a place easily accessible by car but not too far from the old Matera.

    Cons -

    • Far away from downtown Too expensive to use spa
    • Nothing :)
    • Only told after arriving that you have to pay to use certain pools within the hotel. Seems a bit ridiculous considering I didn't see anyone using these pools the whole time I was there

Spacious place, really good food at the restaurant.

The room was a little small

Was perfect place to stay for a few nights while touring the area

Outdoor pool was closed and had to spend €30 to use the indoor pool because it was part of the spa

    Modern hotel large rooms clean

Not enough electrical outlets for charging phone

Very nice hotel just between Matera end Altamura in a quiet area just minutes away from highway connections. Very nice pool and resting area outside, even an inside swimming pool. Nice rooms wit airco and a good bathroom.

Although they were renovating part of the building we didn't hear anything. it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice , big and clean hotel surrounded with green areas. With free parking, tv , internet, comfortable bed, nice rooms with fridge and private bathroom and a small balcony. A good breakfast . With bar and restaurant open till late. 10mins walk there's centro commerciale.

Close to Matera with a pool - had luggage trolleys and good parking.

The use of the pool is not available for the whole period of your stay - we stayed overnight and were told use the pool that day or the next. This was not advertised. When we went to use the pool we were told we could only use if we wore a cap which cost 3 euros. Again this was not advertised. A drawing pin was left next to the lounger I used so care or cleaning is not operating well. Property was being renovated - again not mention of this on booking.com

    Beautiful pool. Lovely restaurant

The pool hours would have lovely an early morning swim

Everything was great, but the Spa.The breakfast was great. We didn't use the pool. It was closed when we arrived and when we left.

We were not satisfied with the spa, which was only open in the afternoon and until 8 p.m. We couldn't use it the day we arrived because it was 9 p.m., nor the day we left because at 10 a.m. it was closed.

the location was where we wanted to be and this hotel should have been better as it had the potential to be so.

The staff did not show any enthusiasm at the checkin ,the breakfast staff were not helpful, the room we were given had no view due to the building work having scaffold around the building complete with protective netting and as a result we had no view. We had to insist a room change . The building work was also taking place within the Hotel close to the dinning room and was open to the public areas. The Internet was only usable on day one and then nothing after that. The breakfast was very substandard and the hot food was cold ,the builder would walk into the breakfast room and help themselves to food. The AC minimum was set at 25 degrees ,when requesting it to be lower it was changed and then it was changed back again to 25 degrees. This is a hotel that should have met all the requirements of a good hotel but was very badly managed

Arrived at an impressive looking building. On checking in, the staff were really friendly and informative. The restaurant meal was very good, the pool was very welcoming after a days travelling and great on site secure parking. Only 10 mins to Matera.

Lovely outdoor pool (shame you have to wear a hat) and pay for towel rental as a hotel guest!? Lovely views out on to fields - very spacious. Really good restaurant food for dinner.

Breakfast is pretty poor - coffee from a machine which get wheeled away around 10.30am, reconstituted scrambled egg, greasy undercooked bacon. Outdoor bar never opened and had to wait a long time to get a drink at the indoor bar as lots of conference guests. Staff are ok but don’t make you feel valued.

The location was a short drive from the famous Sassi. After checking out the hotel offered excellent facilities to keep my luggage for a couple of hours while I visited the sights. The in-house restaurant was great too.

    5VincenzoPosted on: 5-15-2024

Nice breakfast with local products. Overall it is was very clean. Nice that the parking was free.

It was like a scam, everything has to be paid additionally. Swimming pool , sauna costs 30 euro per person for 90 minutes.

    6MarcoPosted on: 4-5-2024

Very nice and modern hotel. Ample parking space.

The rooms balconies are not divided and that is not privacy. The next door neighbor easily gets to your room from the balcony.

    3FrankaPosted on: 2-29-2024

Location is easy to find. Comfy beds.

Spa needs to be booked in advance, not enough space for everyone. Additional costs that were not announced. Only possible to book for 90min and they allow guests from outside, so overcrowded. Rooms are not sound proof - you hear literally every little noise from your neighbors. In addition they did construction work and started drilling shortly past 7am in the morning. Not helpful staff at all.
