The hotel is beautiful, the room was exceptional. Within walking distance to the old town, parking available at hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful in recommending places to eat and how to visit the town. There is an elevator which is helpful. Would have loved to have used the pool, but too chilly

The air conditioning was working in a strange way and the location is not so near to the sisi

Lovely hotel in a perfect location, free parking and just a short walk into the centre. It was a bonus to have a nice pool and garden to sit by at the end of a busy day.

The staff was also kind and so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Great location out of town but an easy walk in to the main streets. Loved our room on the top floor. Breakfasts were great. Staff were all lovely.

Lovely room with patio on ground floor. Beds were comfortable, but quilts and pillows were all synthetic. There were a lot ants crawling on the desk top and the underfloor heating took a long time to regulate room temperature (although set at 19°C, it got too warm during the night).Breakfast was ok- very carb-heavy. Nothing hot and the meats and cheeses were quite bland. Tons of cakes.

A comfortable hotel with parking, located 15-20 minutes from the city's main street. It's very convenient if you're traveling by car. The rooms were small but pleasant, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff was welcoming and supportive.

There is almost no daylight entering the room.

The staff were extremely helpful. The location was beautiful and peaceful, just outside town so fresh air and lovely views and no traffic noise, Can recommend paying extra for room with balcony, to benefit from the lovely views, Breakfasts were good with fresh fruit and good coffee,Rooms immaculately clean.

Beautiful hotel with a pool, pretty garden, good breakfast on top of the hill. Relatively short walk of about 8 minutes to top of old town and the Piano pedestrian mall. Parking on site. Has a lift to first floor where most rooms are.

Lovely, clean room with excellent facilities, including secure parking. Very nice breakfast and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Super helpful staff, very good breakfast and we even got a breakfast box when we were leaving early in the morning.

The staff were very helpfull, arranging taxis and booking a table at one of the towns restaurants. The recommended restaurant was superb too.The hotel is a great location to see Matera, even if the walk back up the hill was a bit strenuous, definitely worth the walk.

While out for the evening the underfloor heating came on, we arrived back to a room like a sauna, we had to leave the main door to outside open until time for bed. It was still 23 degrees at 3 in the morning. Needless to say, even though the bed was extremely comfortable there was very little sleep to be had. It was unfortunate, but would not deter me from staying again.

Everything was great! The room was clean and quite spacious, and the staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the center, but keep in mind it’s uphill on the way back. The parking area is spacious and secure, which is important since parking spots in the area are limited. Overall, a very pleasant experience

It is a small hotel located in a charming ranovated building with a nice garden and a pool. Not far from the historic center. Very clean. Friendly staff.Good breakfast.
