I liked all aspects of my stay here

It was okay for one night, but that’s about it.

A lot of noise, and everything could be heard very loudly. I had the room next to the reception - the door wouldn’t close properly, and everything was extremely noisy.

Nice quire room. Good location and easy to reach with a parking garage nearby.

Its a nice clean place, extremely close to historical city center. There is an overnight parking place around the corner (20eur/day)

For this price point - nothing, facilities are somewhat outdated but it should be expected for the price

Large, clean, quiet bedroom with a balcony The staff were very friendly Breakfast at a nearby cafe was excellent. We also visited the cafe later for ice creams and coffee.Walking distance to beautiful Matera and the new train station to get to Bari.

Good value for your money and practical location to explore Matera. The breakfast not much to brag about

Location is excellent, walking distance from the old town, not more then 200-300 m. Simple but tasty breakfast of coffee and croissant out of the facilities included in the price.. Late arrival possible till 23:30. The price is relatively low.

That there wasn't an option to have even a hot coffee/tea when we left early in the second morning, at 6|:30, as there was no personnel and no accommodations to make any.

Very close to bus stop and old town. Nice hotel, spacious and well equipped room. Good bathroom. Recommended!

It had no traditional heating, just through a central system which wasn't enough of my liking.

Staff were helpful in giving me directions and suggesting things to do while visiting. All the staff members were friendly and polite.

Excellent location, quiet room and helpful staff

Perfect location for cost as it is 1 block away from ancient area Stassi. Cold AC, comfortable room and bed. Concierge is kind and helpful, giving a map with all the places to visit in town. There is a lounge and outdoor area if you want to enjoy the outdoors while at the hotel. Lots of places to eat or grab take away on the street.

Location, cleanliness and safety.

Maybe for short people like me, the shower head could be a bit lower so I can use it as a hand shower. It was too high for me to reach it.

The hotel was fantastic — really clean, very well equipped and the bed was super comfortable! Michele, the receptionist, was so kind and helpful! He made my stay even more enjoyable! Thank you very much much! ☺️

people nextdoor sounded like they were in room with us and they had screaming kids and a dog ... not very pleasant for sleeping or relaxing. No coffee in the room . towels were terrible and too thin; very nonabsorbent
