The staff was super nice and willing

We paid 60euros for dinner for two. The food was really bad quality and what more, we arrived to dinner in the middle of dinner service and most of the food was finished and not replenished. So for 60euros we had the last bits if roasted potatoes and bits of pasta. At 8h30 we wake up to a guy trimming bush outside our windows with a chainsaw. So much for sleeping in on our holiday.

The actual property felt like a high school dormitory. The swimming pool was closed for no apparent reason.

The main lamp kept switching on and off starting from 2 am , every half and hour , which got me really scared . Also they don’t have a private beach ! In fact the public beach which is independent is about 4 bus stops away and there are no sea views for any room . The swimming pool was very cold and they want you to wear a swimming cap . If you don’t have one it’s 1 Euros at the reception. The stuff don’t speak English and they’re not willing to use Google translate to help communication, but they node their head pretending they understand everything. When I said about the light they said they will fix it , and no one did !

We were worried that the beach and ocean area would be too small, but they were perfect for our family. The umbrella area was never full, and the water - enclosed by rocks - was big enough for everyone to swim, but we could easily pick out our three daughters at all times. The facilities were not top rate, but they had a real charm and really felt like our home. The food was excellent!

The bathrooms at the private beach were terrible. Very far from the swimming area, and when the sun was shining it was 45 degrees in there.

Nice location and great animation team, especially for my 9yr old daughter. The people in the bar was also great.

The bathroom in the room could be better mantained.The waiters (the ones walking the tables) in the restaurant were always with a rough face (as opposed to every other people in the hotel or the region)

Not possible to adjust temperature of airco.Bathroom needs to be renovated, especially the shower cabin was outdated and there was mold.Staff in restaurant seemed a bit insecure.

Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place near the airport and the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto, with its wild beaches. The room was clean and comfortable, incl. a safety box and a nice terrace where I was able to practice yoga every morning facing the sea! The swimming pool area is in great condition and perfect to chill in the afternoon after an active day. The food buffet was good and the staff are lovely. They also have at disposal bikes to explore the area, but make sure you contact them in advance so you have them ready on arrival.

Due to the weather the previous days, the beach area was not ready, and I was not able to enjoy this service. However, since I borrowed a bike from the hotel, I was able to go to a small, lovely beach called Caletta Caretta near the turtle center. The staff also offered free transfers to visit nearby cities to compensate, a very nice gesture. Be mindful that you will need a swimming cap to go in the pool, it seems to be a recently implemented norm.

Not everybody speaks english if you're not italian.Not really a great beach to bathe, a lot of rocks.The airport transfer is a plus, but you have to add 120€ to your stay.

Breakfast was very poor. Not much choice and also no possibility to take it yourself. The beds where crazy hard and there is no WiFi in the rooms. Fortunately we stayed for only one day :)

The staff: they work as a family and there is a personal care for all customers, from the receptionists to the waiters in the restaurant, the cooks, the entertainers, drivers, the ladies preparing you the rooms. The rooms are modern, very comfortable and spotless. The position is outstanding with a close by beach and a shuttle service that brings you in a stunning natural reserve with trails, beaches and rocky shores. We love doing snorkeling and it was like to swim in an aquarium. Free shuttle also to the magic town of Ostuni: a must. The restaurant offers every night a wide selections of appetizers, pastas and main courses with fish or meat and free water and wine. We found the pasta outstanding

The music was too loud and entertainment lasted until midnight. We preferred to keep the windows open (they have a thin nets against mosquitoes) and not having air conditioning but it was not possible to sleep before 24.00 h. Our room unfortunately was closed to the pool where all activities were running. We tried to change the room but without successPlease decrease the decibel. Not need to have that range of noise!The restaurant was very crowded and even though everyone inside used a mask there were too many people at once. Perhaps it requires a makeshift but there is not enough space to enlarge it
