- The staff were fantastic. Before and during our stay they responded very quickly to all requests - restaurant bookings, transfers and any information we needed. Very professional. And all the staff were extremely friendly and happy. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town of Ostuni.
- I loved everything , I stayed in the large suite with the tub and it was glorious . The food was amazing and service was 5 stars!
- Beautiful building. Lovely garden, a really relaxing oasis in this gorgeous town. Wonderful service and staff - faultless. Great breakfast. Wonderful shower. Terrific bar and bar staff.
Cons -
- The bath towels were rough :(
- The pool was freezing, despite it being hot outside, and sadly too cold to swim in. Could it be heated? Our suite was rather dark - too much dark grey on the walls and no view. Quirky aesthetic - I'd have preferred this historic building to have been returned to its former traditional glory, but maybe that's just me. We didn't appreciate the owner (?) (woman with short hair), who we hadn't seen before, sending a member of staff to ask if we were guests there, even though it was our third day there! That didn't make us feel welcome.
- The rooms are small- so no option for a group of 3 or traveling with children- you would have to get an additional room .Also the shower is in the bathroom- not seperate or contained so unless you wear the flip flops provided it can be slippery.

Beautiful place, good service and location. Nice breakfast.
The location was amazing - right in the historic center but not in a noisy or busy section. The staff were exceptional and attentive . The hotel and the grounds were absolutely beautiful- tasteful details throughout the property. The all inclusive breafast was delicious and the spread was delicious for an all inclusive breakfast. We had dinner at their resturant and it was an amazing meal. Absolutely LOVED this hotel- a little pricey but absolutely worth it.

Unique decor. Room was spacious and we enjoyed the patio with out door shower. Bed was comfortable. I loved the over sized bathtub. Very clean with daytime and evening turn down service. Property was peaceful as there are only 7 bedrooms.
AC barely cooled the room. The shower in the bathroom leaked behind the bath so it flooded the floor pretty badly. Bad design. Breakfast was subpar.
Such a disappointment. Horrible Experience. Stay away
I booked a stay at Paragon 700 expecting a luxury, comfortable size , accessible suite in the main building, but what I got was a complete nightmare. This hotel is a prime example of false advertising, and I urge anyone considering staying here to think twice.I reserved and paid for a Deluxe Suite in the main building, specifically chosen because website stated that “entire unit located on ground floor” and is “wheelchair accessible.” Upon arrival, I was shocked to be placed in a completely different and lesser category suite in an annex building that required navigating multiple flights of stairs, including a treacherous spiral open staircase. As I physically could not access the room, I was downgraded to the tiniest, most claustrophobic hole in the wall excuse for a room I have ever seen. The so-called Suite which I was given was a far cry from the Deluxe Suite which was advertised, and which I booked and paid top dollar for. It was not on the ground floor, it was not handicap accessible, there are no elevators, no TV in rooms, faulty WiFi which was unusable, and the complimentary breakfast was an utter joke! The pictures and descriptions online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual rooms and hotel altogether, and nowhere do they state there is an annex building! To make matters worse, the owner and management were downright horrible. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and made no effort to rectify the situation. It was clear they didn't care about the comfort or satisfaction of their guests. This was easily the worst hotel experience of my life. I feel completely raped and would not recommend this place to anyone. It ruined my stay in Ostuni and it will ruin yours - STAY AWAY!
The waiters and barman and other staff, other than management were very good and helpful. The hotel is beautiful.
The room we booked was not available when we arrived. They tried to put us into a much smaller room (15m2 vs 30m2 (which we had booked)) without explanation. The description of the room we booked said that the room had a walk in shower with a view of the garden and pool and the room we were put into was in the parking lot with the bathroom inside a cupboard and we were paying 700 euros per night. We objected and the response was some unjustified nonsense about the room being the same category that we booked. The room description and size was very far from the one we booked so it makes no sense that it could be the same category. We were moved into a higher category room for the 1st night of our 3 night stay but they tried to move us again on the 2nd night into a different room, again not the one we booked but a smaller one. We insisted on being moved to the room we booked but were told it was not available and we were then charged an extra 80 euros per night to stay in the higher category room. The manager on duty was very rude and got upset when we reported the matter to Booking.com. Sadly, as beautiful as the hotel is and as beautiful as Puglia is, it seems that they are very willing to deceive tourists with room pictures and descriptions when bookings are made and then provide something very different when you arrive. Travellers must be very careful about this when booking this hotel.
The hotel was lovely - the pool a great place to enjoy - the food outstanding
Bathroom facilities a little lacking and pool staff a little inattentive to get a drink - checkin procedure very slow
Hotel location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Beds were too hard and the room needed more light.
Staff are attentive
Interiors are great . Bar staff make a wicked frozen margarita
Beautiful attention to detail. The owners are clearly very design oriented. Restaurant 700 for dinner is highly recommended - the food is excellent and the chef balances traditional fare with creative innovation very well.
- wifi was awful, kept dropping off every 5-10min, even after I told the staff, nothing changed. Eventually we had to use our data roaming every day. V strange since we it's 2023 and we are in a city. - Breakfast is fine: they are generous with drinks. But annoying that omelettes & poached eggs will require additional charge, whilst fried or scrambled are included. Too complicated and ridiculous to try and cost save over the style of eggs...- Word of warning: There is a garden party on Fridays, where guests are allowed to buy a drink + enjoy the garden. None of the owners came up to say hi even though they were right there standing in the garden, but we understand that they may have been tired.... More importantly, we were not warned that the DJ would be playing very loud club music that could be heard all throughout the hotel till 930pm. We didn't mind it, but thought that we should've been informed esp since we were booked for 8pm dinner at restaurant700 - adjacent to the party venue. We made that booking face to face with staff member, so not sure why he didn't mention that to us. Thankfully we were happy to postpone dinner till 930pm, when the music stopped.
Amazing, amazing, amazing! Beautiful hotel, perfect location, quiet, trendy and attentive staff
Nothing, it was perfect
All the staff were Fantastically helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Excellent spa treatments and first rate sightseeing advice.
Our room was exceptionally dark. This didn’t matter in the bedroom except that it was difficult to read in bed at night due to the position of the sidelights. However the lighting in the bathroom/shower area made it potentially hazardous.
an amazing renovation
The lack of sound proofing, room was quite dark
We had a wonderful stay at Paragon 700. It's a very stylish hotel, with lots of lovely touches. The staff were superb especially Rita, Leonardo and Freja in bar and restaurant and reception were extremley helpful as well. Breakfast is wonderful in the garden overlooking the pool with freshly made bread and pastries and warm food made to order. The restaurant is also superb and we ate there a number of times. Our room was Ruby, a grand room with a balcony overlooking the pool.
I think only two things that I didn't particularly like, the first was that when we were greeted we were asked if we wanted to park and told that it was 20 euros a day because we'd booked with 'Booking.com'. For the room rate I think parking should be included and I didn't feel it was the best of welcomes as it took away the wow factor.Secondly, the place is beautiful but lots of things are available to buy, so you have price tags on things or tags saying if you take this you will be charged. For a hotel of this level, I think it cheapens the experience and is unnecessary.
Quirky boutique hotel, Rooms looked beautiful
Service was poor, staff unfriendly, seemed to worry more about visitors dining in the restaurant, than looking after their residents at the hotel. No drink service by the pool, being a very small hotel, the personal service should be a lot better.
beautiful building with a lovely pool, amazing restaurant and attentive staff.
Room we stayed in had no full length mirror which was a little annoying. No irons available at the property only option is a pressing service which is an additional cost.
Great location, good food, amazing cocktails, very roomy room, and amazing talk with the owners that recommended us many cool places to go/eat etc. great hospitality!
Good location. Stylish decor. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Nice outside area for drinks, lunch or breakfast. Good food. Nice pool area- essential in the hot Summer.
We had three nights in a room called the Onyx suite. The room had one tiny window that lead onto a side alley. The room had black ceilings and black walls and very little natural or artificial light. It was really awful. The bathroom was black floor to ceiling. The reception staff were friendly but definitely did not do anything more than the minimum. They never offered restaurant suggestions or bookings and never checked on us during our stay. It was in stark contrast to the hotel we stayed in in Polignano, where they went out of their way to make our stay the best ever. The service was very slow and it was often difficult to find a waiter.
