- I fell in love with the property. Dining was an exceptional experience and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. I also liked that the hotel was near the main town. This place brought peace to my stay. Loved the staff here they were all great.
- This property is incredibly beautiful. Our room was gorgeous - the white of the “cave” type room made it feel luxurious. Most appreciated was the helpful staff, the lovely dining area and delicious food. We had an incredible dinner there and an amazing breakfast as well. Tea and coffee are always available and an afternoon cake and welcome drink. Abig fireplace makes it cozy on cold evenings.
- Exceptional host. We liked the welcoming drink and gift they gave us when we left. Attention to detail and bon fires like in our home country. Daniele gave us excellant tips for the rest of our tour. The set course meal served in their restaurant was the best we had on our tour. Thanks Daniele

The property was so warm and inviting. Room was a good size, comfy bed. Pool was awesome as was the breakfast. Loved being close to Ostuni!

We had a wonderful stay at Masseria Salinola. The place is charming and very typical of the area, with beautiful touches like their vegetable garden (orto) and a small historic church on the grounds. Our room was small but cute and cozy, and the whole masseria has such an authentic, welcoming feel. The swimming pool area is lovely and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant is truly excellent, most of the food is homemade and you can taste the quality. We had dinner there and it was absolutely worth it; every dish was delicious. Breakfast is also amazing: a huge spread of homemade and local options, so good that I ended up eating too much because I wanted to try everything!Overall, a great experience: highly recommend both for the charm of the masseria and for the outstanding food.
We loved our stay. The facilities were wonderful and the staff genuinely made us feel "at home" and a part of the family. Sonia was a wonderful in greeting us and helping us get settled and Daniele and his family were lovely. Ostuni is just a 5 minute drive away and was unforgettable at sunset. Highly recommend!
Nothing. We loved our stay.
We were hosted by a wonderful family in an extremely beautiful, well-furnished, stylish farmhouse. All the staff and the family ,specially Daniele were friendly, helpful, attentive to our each request, and sincere. We chose to eat at the hotel all five nights, enjoying extremely beautiful and delicious meals. The breakfast buffet in the morning was sufficiently rich, and the family took care of every detail.

The place is a beautiful getaway from downtown Ostuni. Fabulous dinner and a great breakfast daily. It’s nice and intimate. So appreciate all the amazing staff who are so accommodating and willing to help
It’s a little isolated but they find drivers for you if you don’t have a rental. Can’t get to the place without a car
This is such a great place we stayed on an extra night. Great food, helpful staff, lovely pool, nice rooms, great gardens and surroundings-I wanted to move in permanently!
Niente.
Aesthetics, attention to detail, food, pool, staff, grounds, garden.
Beautifully appointed, friendly, helpful staff, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere. We loved everything about it!
We loved the traditional Masseria the property is amazing and so serene. All the staff were so polite and welcoming especially Danielle. The pool area is also so very beautiful.
There was nothing not to like about the property and I’m sure in a busier part of the season it would have been an even better experience as not quite warm enough to use the pool and some of the outside garden/terrace areas. We didn’t experience the restaurant in the evening due to staff illness but if the breakfast and lunch on our first day is anything to go by I’m sure it would have been like just as lovely! Maybe we will have to have another visit in the warmer months ?!
It’s a very charming family run Masseria close to Ostuni, but far from the chaos of the touristy town. The owner, Daniele was helpful with restaurant recommendations and other things to do. They have a charming restaurant where they serve breakfast and dinners. Breakfast is complementary, and dinners need to be booked in advance. Unfortunately, we were there just before the high season started and the only chef assigned was sick the entire time. So we didn’t get to experience the dinner, but it looked cozy and charming and we definitely would have had a meal there, if it had been available. If you’re traveling during high season, there is apparently more than one chef, and that likely will not be a problem
It was beautiful. Very cosy and extremely friendly and attentive staff. We had a wonderful time in Ostuni, and the restaurant at the Hotel was excellent. My wife is a foodie and loved everything we ordered.
Nothing much was wrong, except watch your head in the rooms if you are tall. Some of the door frames may get you. I'm 182cm
Spectacular accommodations. We enjoyed dinner all three nights. Loved the food, the ambiance, the friendly service at dinner and also enjoyed breakfast. The family is focused on all the details that separate good from great!!Loved the fires that were set for us to enjoy with our friends each night after dinner.
Lovely farm. Great room. Great common area. Welcoming reception. Helpful.
Nothing. But do know that the locations outside town as any farm would be. Taxis helped me to shuttle ton/ from town.
Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Very peaceful place
Absolutely stunning Masseria. Run by a beautiful family and staff. So helpful. We had a fabulous Dinner and breakfast. Only down side 1 only stayed for one night. Will be back.
Nothing not to like to be honest
The little additional touches such as afternoon tea and fresh daily cakes, treats on departure for journey, fires lit every evening at dusk, stunning setting, produce from kitchen garden and own olive oils explained with each meal
Room was a little small and dark.
