Breakfast and location was great. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Not enough space to put luggage on and no drawers.

Ostuni Palace Hotel is a wonderful stay — the service, location, and facilities are truly great. The front desk staff are exceptionally helpful and go above and beyond to assist with anything you need. Breakfast is delicious and absolutely worth enjoying each morning. Parking is essential, and having it available makes the stay even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience with no negative comments — highly recommended.

Good Breakfast. Had a delicious omelete cooked to order. Plenty of fresh fruit. Spa was small but meet my needs. A short walk to the center was easy. Nice bar area for a late nite after dinner drink.

Is very well located. Walking distance to the city. Parking was perfect for rental car. Let me park right out front otherwise they would have parked it in the garage for me.

Our flight back to the US was early, so we left the hotel at 4:00am. At check out, staff had prepared two breakfast bags for us to take. We did not expect this and it bightened the dark drive to the airport so early in the morning!The room decor and coffee set up was terrific, and maybe best of all, there is on-site parking -- a rarity in the old part of Ostuni.

The shower door looks like it might be water tight, but it is not. So if you're not careful while showering, a lot of water could get on the bathroom floor.

Lovely Hotel, wonderful & friendly staff, Spa experience was exceptional and lovely breakfast.

The spa isn’t a spa.. it’s available if you book beforehand and pay separately for use of it. A jacuzzi I think .. ? not much more. The massage was a speed rub down where it felt like the girl was trying to cover every cm of my skin surface in fastest possible time .. not good but what’s the point of saying anything at the time when she says is this ok for you ? No actually it’s dreadful ??‍♀️

Clean , comfortable & modern.

The breakfast was completely hit and miss, tables were not set,hard to service as at times there were no staff present and we had to go the reception and look for the staff.This was a general finding each morning as we spoke to other guests who had the same view.Some staff were pleasant whilst one in particular was just unpleasant to everyone

Although we were not there with children, we saw families at meal time and they seemed comfortable.We loved the hotel. Although we did not take advantage of the spa, the prices were reasonable. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was excellent, as was the service. There was parking on the premises, which was much appreciated. There is not much to do in Ostuni. We visited a very interesting museum in town and went into a few of the shops, but spent more time visiting neighboring Oria. Ostuni is centrally located for visits to Alberobello and other towns in the area. We were very yappy with our choice of the hotel.

There is not too much to do in Ostuni, but the view of the town is beautiful.

Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast and very kind staff. Such a treat having car brought to door with a smile. Great restaurant recommendations from reception.. do ask as it’s hard to work out reviews.

Would have liked more opportunity to sit outside but that’s not hotels fault

Everything was just perfect. Especially the staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had an evening meal on the terrace one night which was fantastic, breakfast was always good.
