PRIMO OSTUNI HOTEL

Staff was especially wonderful. The room was very nice. We loved the balcony and the view of Ostuni. Parking was convenient and location was central to all historic sites and city center. Security was very well thought out and we appreciated it. The breakfast was spectacular. Well stocked, beautiful room, friendly staff. The best breakfast that we had while in Italy.

Breakfast was excellent! The best aspect of the hotel was an exceptional staff! Ready to help at any time, always going way out of what is normally expected of the staff, especially the reception desk group.

Everything. The staff were amazing. Nicoletta was so friendly, so helpful in planning our day trips and she has such a warmth about her you feel like she’s part of the family. Claudia, Christian, as well as the lovely lady in the breakfast room, were all wonderful and really took good care of us. A big thanks to all the staff who made our stay at the hotel such a pleasant one.The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious and the coffee excellent too. A great start to the day. The water machine in the breakfast room where you could refill your bottles of water was very convenient.Parking both in the street or the parking lot at the back of the hotel was a breeze .The location of the hotel was perfect. Just a short walk and you are at the main square of the historical centre.The room was modern and beautifully decorated.Great bathroom with separate toilet and bidet and separate large walk in shower that was very powerful and with good quality toiletries.Can’t think of anything negative about this hotel.Would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Ostuni.

Great new hotel close to the old town. Huge outdoor free parking at the neighboring hotel 500 meters away.

Not much, perhaps a better espresso machine at breakfast?

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Outstanding warm staff throughout with Claudia, Christian, and Nicoletta deserving special mention. While some complain about parking, we were always able to find free street parking very close to or right in front of the hotel.

The Primo Ostuni Hotel was a perfect choice. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient and the rooms were clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. Breakfast was also excellent.

The fact that this property was a real hotel is a nice change from the many more B &B style rentals I made in the Puglia region of Italy. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. The bed was comfortable

Parking was down the road it would be nice if the free parking was right at the hotel but it was not an inconvenience

Instructions to get to parking right below the hotel could have been clearer.

Close walk into city center. Big room. Super clean, nice and modern. Very good breakfast. Can see the sea from eating area and room. Staff at counter and breakfast area were good and also helpful.

If you drive, the parking in front of the property is paid and uses machines that are in Italian, which can be a bit confusing for non-Italians. You can find free parking down the street or in other areas but it takes some work figuring it all out, and carting luggage that distance is sort of inconvenient. We were on the floor above a pizzeria. Some talking late into the night could be heard from our room so consider that when booking.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Primo Ostuni. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the old town, making it easy to wander through the charming streets, enjoy the restaurants, and soak up the atmosphere.Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of closet space, excellent lighting, and a large bathroom with a great shower (and more than enough light, which is often hard to find!). The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a nice fridge in the room was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was outstanding with a large variety of.What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The front desk staff—Leonardo, Claudia, and Cristian—were all so welcoming, attentive, and professional. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel right at home.We would highly recommend Hotel Primo Ostuni to anyone visiting this beautiful town. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

I liked how clean, spacious and minimal aesthetic of the property and the room. The front staff are super helpful and friendly! It’s also close to the city center so very convenient.

We had a bit of trouble finding the parking lot, but once we did, it was no problem.

Loved this modern hotel, comfortable king bed, great shower and perfect location just steps from the main square when using the back entrance. Great breakfast as well in a light airy environment. Perfect way to start the day!!Everything was spotless, brand new!! Loved it!! Staff were so nice and Christian in particular went out of his way to help with the car parking meter etc.Loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again!!
