Ostuni a Mare

The resort was stunning! The pools were fantastic and the beach is amazing with Zero rocks and soft sand! I would def come back!!!

Taxis are very expensive to Ostuni Centro

Front desk team were excellent. Great facilities - pool, beach, football/padel courts. Location is excellent.

Room was rather small. F&B service was slow at times! Breakfast selection not as extensive as I was expecting. Maintenance in the bedrooms not excellent - silicone peeling off in the bathroom, light in bathroom not working, although it was replaced quickly. Some of the lifeguards were not sensitive to children - if the Hotel/some areas are not child friendly, this must be clearly communicated.

The facilities are beautiful and it’s very convenient that it has a private beach and an amazing pool

I left my insulin ice case to be frozen at reception, when I went to get it back they took 45 minutes to find it cause nobody knew where they had put it and I lost a dinner reservation because of that.

The hotel is located in a charming Italian summer holiday neighborhood. The hotel is larger than it appears with 3 pools, Padel court and its own beach. The dining is great at the hotel and on the beach with a nice cocktail bar with live music in the evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was beautifully designed and decorated, it looked fresh and recently renovated. Great pool area and private beach. Location was good to travel south, west and north.

A few basics could be improved like the provision of bathroom shampoos/ conditioners/ toothbrushes etc. (airline lost our luggage so these basics we’re important

Super clean, amazing scent when you walk in!

Nothing, my only recommendation would be some low music by the pools and breakfast/ dinner

We loved our stay at the Ostuni a Mare resort.The facilities are beautiful, staff were extremely helpful, and the food was amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Exc staff~ welcoming, friendly and good guidance. Beautiful grounds, pools and interior design common areas to relax in. Offers smaller adult pool to keep families and resting guests apart. Modern gym. Beautiful large dining areas and great open outdoor bar with friendly bartenders. Offers nonalcoholic choices, too. Spa & boutiques. Nice location near mountain villages and sea. Great additional restaurant you take a golf cart to that looks out on water w beach access.

Some rooms very small with not great air flow. Pay more to get space. Breakfast has many offerings, but on longer stays would be nice to get a few daily changes~ or a weekly special.

We don’t have a bad word to say about the property. Very clean, very friendly staff, good food at the restaurant (including gluten free pizza and pasta for me), great breakfast, comfortable room. Three swimming pools and a short trip to the private beach, super easy and enjoyable. Great location, 10mins from Ostuni where there are plenty of restaurants and bars and we also drove down the coast to beach clubs and other beautiful towns like Monopoli. We had a great stay!

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like, maybe the sun loungers are a bit uncomfortable? But that’s really trying to think of something negative.

A beautiful setting in lush Mediterranean gardens by the sea with an impressive lake-style swimming pool. Recently renovated rooms are a good size and comfortable. Wonderful staff and lots of memorable meals by the pool, and lovely food. We will be back!

The motorway can be heard when outside so more trees to block out the view and sound would be good but understand this is a complex issue.

Room size & bathroom were great, we had a prestige junior suite. Staff friendly, & helpful, closeness to a great beach was important. The option for our late check out was most appreciated & made us enjoy our last day more.Paddle tennis courts were great.

No kettle in the room . Sea restaurant was not open, which was disappointing , no where to get a lighter lunchAlthough pools were good , 1 heated pool would have been appreciated especially towards end of season

The room was very far away from the rest of the hotel. Food menu was fairly limited and didn’t change while we were there. Staff were pleasant but not overly friendly. Beds were a little uncomfortable.

50 euros to get anywhere such as the town 15m away however I think this is a puglia thing, not the resort specifically

The staff didn’t mentioned to tell you anything about what the resort offers with buggies to the beach and other amenities on the property . They didn’t show you around, nothing .

good location - close to other beaches Junior deluxe room was good great breakfast with many options parking slot was easy to find

- We booked a junior deluxe room and once received, it was not properly cleaned. I had to ask the reception to provide another cleaning service.- Beach towels: to switch pool/beach towels everyday, you had to pay for it. Reason being is because “ they should wash it” as per a quote from an employee- Service at the pool and beach: Should you wish to drink or eat, you should go to the bar and ask for it. There is no service at the pool which is such a shame.- Pools: while it is great to have 3 pools, kids were in all 3. It would have been great to limit the kids to 1 or 2 pools, and let adults have their comfort too.- “Car” to the beach: schedule is every 30min which is quite long + it was not working everyday.- The sunbeds at the beach were quite unconfortable- Room service: no room service late at night. While my boyfriend and I were hungry at 10pm, we could not order anything in the room.Quite disappointing to experience the above given that we were told it’s a newly rennovated hotel.

We have a really great stay, loved the dinner options and breakfasts. The pools were fantastic for kids and adults.
