Every member of the staff was very accommodating. The property itself is a 10. The hoiday picnic on property was a highlight of our stay. Food was excellant

The gym facility was very small and poorly equipped.Service at the pool bar closed way too early.

This is a 5 star resort with an incredible property that is well-maintained and very peaceful. Thank you to all the staff, especially Antonella, the reception desk, and the spa staff (Maria and Chiara). One of the best spas experiences we've ever had. The restaurant was delicious as was breakfast.

Spectacular venue, great service with lovely staff, who could not have been more helpful or friendly! The restaurant was lovely and poolside food and service were good too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and if in the area I would go back in a heartbeat.

The pool was slightly cold, however it was the end of the season. The setting was so beautiful that the colder water didn't put us off.

Everything. I was there a couple years ago almost accidentally and fell in love with the place, promising myself I would come back. Traditional and modern country design merge with exquisite taste. Food in its simplicity is oustanding, staff over the top.It's the perfect place to slow down and unwind, surrounded by the peace and the beauty of the countryside.

Ottolire was a beautifully presented property. Whilst out of town a little bit, the location of Ottolire added to the experience and charm of this accommodation. Beautiful pool, surroundings and stunning food. Would highly recommend staying at Ottolire.

If looking for a hotel close to the old town then perhaps this property is not for you. We were very happy to be out of town to experience the quiet, peace and serenity of this wonderful property.

Great accommodation , great pool area , great food

Think there should we an included shuttle service from the airport as the bookings .com profile indicated but ended up being just a normal taxi service for the guest to pay for

Very welcoming staff, nice quiet hotel with beautiful grounds, a nice pool and both modern and rustic.

Could hear dogs barking and cockerels crowing in the morning but apart from that it was great

Basically if you have a booking for couple + baby we paid for 2 rooms across the resort. No cot. They didn’t offer us any refunds. I also think there is a damp problem

The breakfast was excellent! We loved the buffet and the fact that we could also order delicious eggs, etc off the menu! The beautiful smell of flowers everywhere, comfortable beds and immaculate grounds were an absolute pleasure! The staff were all very helpful and wonderful!

I really can not think of anything other than I wish we could have stayed another day :)

The breakfast was simple but nice. The staff was very polite and friendly. The dinner was amazing! Very beautiful and quite garden. Nice place to relax.

Absolutely stunning location, beautiful & clean accommodation, gorgeous pool area and some of the best food we had in Puglia. To top it all off, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Wonderful experience!
