Pros +
- Great location and great staff, breakfast was very good. Rooms are a bit outdated and air con wasn’t cooling the room properly, not a major issue as we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. I will recommend it for a short stay to visit the towns around.
- We really enjoyed our stay at Dimora Intini. It’s a lovely historic hotel with beautifully designed, spacious rooms. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the host was very friendly and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. The tradition of hospitality is visible in everything, and the staff were all very nice. It’s a perfect base for exploring the region, and the bathroom and loggia in our room were the cherry on top. Highly recommend.
- Good location, very good restaurant and location. Simple but ok breakfast. We had a charming painted high ceiling room.
Cons -
- Not always easy to find a parking spot around.
- Breakfast
- Only thing, we had some difficulties to manage the water heat from the shower.

Breakfast
Coffee and breakfast were wonderful each morning. Hotel and staff were exceptional. Very clean and in an excellent location. Highly recommend this hotel!
Great staff, friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great, close to the historical center of Noci. The breakfast buffet is just what is needed, with options sweet or salty. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. The room is big, clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed our stay.
Only thing, we had some difficulties to manage the water heat from the shower.
We met with Lorenzo when we arrived at the hotel in the evening and he was accommodating, he escorted us to the room by explaining the things in the hotel and the restaurant. The hotel was spotless amazingly and modernised with the historical texture of the building itself. Big old rooms with high ceilings (painted), we liked the cleanliness and modern renovation of the building and room. The bed and the pillows were brilliant. I would buy one of these pillows if I knew how/where to buy it! :)The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts which we had during our trip in Italy for 8 days! The quality of the food was exceptional not the variety of the options in the breakfast to be honest.
We had to leave in one day! :(This is not the hotel's faulty but it was a little bit noisy during the night unfortunately because of the location of the hotel, out of a sudden during the day we woke up to glass noises because some people were throwing their rubbish.
It is elegant, clean, the restaurant was excellent and the personnel very nice.
very clean room, comfortable, lovely atmosphere, Lorenzo and all stuff was very friendly
breakfast could be better
This place is amazing, it feels like home yet still like high end hotel. We were amazed by the location, ambiente of the building, great food and friendliness of the staff, especially Lorenzo. We stayed in the room 21 with the beautiful old balcony. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. And the charming town of Noci is also totally worth visiting.
great room big and comfystuff was great and helping
its noisy since there is bar / resturent under the room so you hear it very loud at room.brekfest could be betterthere is a nice table of deserts but food itself there is only chesse bread and hum .
Great hotel. We had a terrace room and loved the space in the room and outside. Great view of Castro. Very generous and delicious breakfast.
Bedside lighting was old fashioned.
Loved Lorenzo and Family.. The fresco's in the room were beautiful. I didn't eat at the restaurant but the quality of the fish etc was excellent.
Maybe parking, but Lorenzo keeps a spot occupied with his car and parks your car for you.
The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. They made you feel very welcome and cared for and I greatly appreciated how well they spoke English. Thank you! The size of the suite was incredible and the artwork on the ceilings was amazing. Overlooking the weekly market in Noci and the festival was an added special bonus!
Poor WiFi
The place is located in a nice town called Noci. A quiet and calm town where you can have a good rest while visiting nearby towns like Arbellobello (15 mins) Locorotondo (30 mins) or Monopoli (30 mins). We took one of the suites, which has a modern furnitures with exceptionally cleanliness. On top of this, all the staff (Lorenzo and ladies at the bar, restaurant) is extremely helpful and friendly. You just feel good when you are in this hotel.
It’s not the property but if you have a car, beware about the parking lines on the street nearby the hotel. I accidentally left my cars tires on the yellow line (just the tires) then the elder members of the town called the police to write me a ticket because of this. I know its my bad, paid the 30€ ticket but the residents might have been a little more tolerant.
- easy access- friendly staff - excellent services - good, abundant breakfast
- unfortunately the air conditioning was not working but the staff placed a powerful fan in our room
The staff was the best we met on our Italian trip. We had an issue with our car and they helped us every step of the way. The inside is as beautiful as the outside, nice lounge area outside for drinks, and the rooms are beautifully designed. The hotel is also right by the beautiful historical center of Noci.
Unfortunately the AC in the room didn't work, but I'm sure it was fixed shortly after our stay.
Location and staff
Air conditioner loud, warm water in the shower was with low pressure.
very charming, hip decor, fun dining space with free breakfast. staff is friendly and bed is comfy. I’ll be back!
