Modern, clean, and a reasonably good sized room. There was a good selection for breakfast, but not free, and coffee available 24 hours

We were able to park on the street, but if you use their parking they charge 18 euro per day.

Staff were friendly, the room and the hotel very clean. 24hr free coffee and tea was a good gesture.

Parking in the area is tricky and coming out of the hotel parking difficult. They could do something about the parking charges for people parking for several days.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite big and there was plenty of hot water.

Corridor areas are a little shabby and no direct access to parking. And no ready lift access from parking level.

This hotel is very unfriendly to non-spanish speakers! For example, customers can give up room cleaning service in exchange for free breakfast, but this is only advertised in spanish, and the reception never took the time to explain this to customers. The soundproof is terrible. It's very difficult to find parking place nearby and the garage is very expensive.

Better rooms than the B&B Madrid Airport hotel.

The evening check-in took more than 1/2 hour with insufficient reception person Ms.Jasmin. Thank god that there was not any other customer! Again it is unaccetable not to have at least one English news channel at the TV.

Lovely, spacious room. Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Liked that we could cast our phone to the tv to watch Netflix.

Rooms were definitely not soundproof as advertised. The people next to us were in and out like yo-yos until 1am which was pretty disturbing.

Very easy to find and very easy to drive out the following morning. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice.

Car park was opposite the hotel. There was no restaurant for dinner. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room although it was available downstairs.

Room walls had low sound isolation and a group of teenagers next door was very disturbing late at night. Staff took action when contacted though.

This hotel was in an ideal location for us. The staff on the check in desk were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom with bathtub and shower was also very good. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and the hotel's free WiFi was also good. Our room choice came with breakfast included which was served downstairs from 06:30 until 10:00 am and was very good. Free coffee was available 24 hours. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again.

Nothing everything was perfect for us

This hotel is in a good location if you arrive by car or train, although quite some distance from the city center.The room was modern, comfortable and clean with good space. The beds are very good and the bathroom nicely laid out. 10 points go to the staff at the hotel, they are really excellent! The reception also has a nice selection of beverages and snacks that you can buy 24/7 from the reception. The breakfast is nice and has what you could want.If you arrive by car, there is a garage where you can park your car at a cost.

The breakfast room is large and airy, but not very cosy.The parking garage is a bit complicated to get in and out of.

B&B is always so welcoming, clean and fantastic facilities. Staff really helpful.

Only thing would be it was a little far out of the centre but that's not the hotels fault.

The room was spartan feeling. Not even a paper cup.As with other comments. We could not find any place to eat dinner nearby.Finally had excellent meal delivered by Uber Eats at 10pm after walking for at least hour and a half. It would be great if the hotel could have a list of restaurants nearby so we could locate on our phone.
