Good location for visiting all the attractions in the old town.Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite my poor Spanish.Comfy bed. They had an environmental policy regarding changing towels and bedding, which rewarded the guest with a free drink for taking part. A great idea and definitely one other hotels should adopt.

Room was a little small, but it provided everything you needed and was no problem for a short stay.

Great location close to the market. It is walking distance to the bus/train station but bus Ci1 has a stop nearby. There is an elevator. The room was quiet. The desk is functional. The staff helpful and attentive. I asked for hot water and it was provided.

The parking was too expensive and the spot so tiny. In addition the staff do not speak english very well. When I arrived there was the vuelta and the downtown was closed the hotel told me this the day before.

Fabulous location and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the in house chef who delivered our room service meal. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Due to the marble flooring m, everywhere, this hotel is incredibly noisy and loud. This is from out in the corridor but also from the floor above. The rooms are outdated and due to no floor coverings have a very cold and sterile feel.

Very disappointed.Very small room for a price.

Compound rooms. No warmth. Dirty shower. Just not welcoming

The hotel itself was good tho on pricey side. Rooms are a good size. Beds were comfortable.

We came early at 530 am and we were told by the check in staff we cannot stay and need to look for another hotel first. I asked her that I thought you can store our luggage before check in and can we stay at the lobby until the establishment opens. The main reason for going there was to go to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Pillar. And there was mass at 8am. But anyway she found us a small room and we have to pay extra so we can stay. I’ve never heard anything like this in all our travels. And it was really frustrating/ upsetting.

    Really good location, clean.

Hotel is pet friendly but you cannot leave pet alone in room. we were also placed on 7th floor. Hotel is noisy - doors always opening and closing and footsteps along corridor which made dogs bark often. Parking is very very tight! almost scratched car getting in and out of garage and door would not open on way out. it was also expensive. I would park off site. Bed is very hard..

Excellent breakfast! The choice was amazing!

A little expensive esapecially when you pay €22 euros extra to park!

    Location

The room was so small the bed very small for a double and the bathroom/bedroom very damp if you use the shower unless you have the heating on which we don't always like to have as room gets stuffy... We asked if possible to have a kettle as we were staying 5nths but was told no...

Loved almost everything - they made us feel really welcome, room was great, bed was comfy, view was lovely, food was great and staff were fabulous

One very slight niggle - the duvet was between sheets instead of in a duvet cover - felt a bit weird but was k

Good rooms, good location, very good breakfast

The underground parking. Terrible garage for a normal car. Ok for a twingo or a smart.

    10DouglasPosted on: 12-27-2025

Clean, easy to park the car

Pet tax is very expensive compared to others hotels we passed through

Location and breakfat were quite nice

Size of the room was too small for two persons, even with the small double bed... moreover the Gym was at a five minutes walking distance and extra cost :(

    9ColivaPosted on: 12-9-2025

The location was excellent - safe and near the old center. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Hard floors in the bedroom, excellent for pets. Breakfast was very good.Parking in the building - 2m clearance!

Pillows were too big, that made me uncomfortable sleeping, sadly.

    10MaximPosted on: 11-24-2025

Beautiful modern room, nice comfi bed, modern bathroom. Everything was very clean. Very nice attentive staff. Lovation was great-3 min. walk to Basilica Del Pilar. Extremely good breakfast-I've never seen such a variety.

Simple, modern, and clean room with a comfy bed and good bathroom. Great for solo travelers and perfectly located by the Roman wall and old town.
