NH Collection Gran Hotel de Zaragoza

I love this hotel. The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely.

This time (January) it was a bit too warm for me but that may be personal preference.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is very central, and within walking distance of the city center.

The entire hotel feels in need of a renovation, particularly in the bathrooms.

Staff who were working on January 1st in the afternoon were very unhelpful

Loved the size of the room, excellent location, nice choice for breakfast and room was good value for money.

Room decor was a bit tatty and dated so definitely need a repaint and some attention.Also cost for the dogs was very high here at €70 for the night.

The public areas are looking a little tired & the hotel feels like it needs a refresh.Breakfast was average

The bed very comfortable, ideal location, clean and large bathroom, loved the availability of various teas (I don't drink coffee). The room was quiet which I appreciated very much.

There was a faint smoking smell in some of the pillows and the room. It was bearable but I am sensitive to smoking smells.

Excellent staff, from the receptionist to the valet, everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

The rooms were old, the first room was not that clean and very old, however the staff immediately changed us into a renovated room, but even the renovated room although it was clean, it had chipped furniture and doors.

Great room and fantastic location

We were not told that the bar and restaurant would be closed- one of the only reasons we booked this hotel. Communication needs to improve .

Staff was friendly

Hotel is old and not sound insulated. Some idiots on the floor on top of us made noise all night and did not let us sleep. If you want to rest and sleep, don't go to this hotel. Call to the receptionist didn't helped as well.

Great location. Helpful staff at concierge who helped valet park our car.Tiny odd-shaped lift.

Poor wifi. Kept losing connection.We had to pay €56 for early check-in at 11am and €18 for extending our check out time by 1hr at 1pm. I had hoped that the hotel would just consider a grace period of 1hr for guests.

Excellent location, waking distance to the main attractions ( historic places, restaurants, shopping). Easy acces to main roads. Wonderfull valet parking

Big celebration in the ballroom. You could hear it in the room at night.

The location is great. If you have a car then it’s easy, valet parking. Comfortable beds and pillows. Showers good but a bit slippery. Notmany restaurants nearby. ( unless you like eating late )

The breakfast wasn’t great, stale bread and wait staff not happy. There’s a nearby cafe , great food and 1/4 of the price. Restaurant not open till 2030.
