The room and everything else was exceptional. People were beyond friendly and kind.

I am not sure if the restaurant belongs to the same company but I was a bit displeased with the food served to me. It was too greasy and three times, the food was not fresh; for example, the chicken and the fish were old and were reheated and they were hard and cold inside. I had to ask few times to lower the level of grease of the dishes; too much fried food. The only thing with the room was the noise from outside in the morning from the trucks going by.

The hotel offers a secure underground car park with ample spaces and friendly, efficient staff that made check-in easy. Guests have access to a small gym with a filtered water dispenser, and the room featured an adequate bathroom, a mini bar fridge, and decent storage space for personal belongings. Acceptable for 1-2 nights if passing through.

The location is far from central Zaragoza and situated in an industrial/truck stop area that feels somewhat outdated and uninviting. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and dropped out frequently. The hotel, being older, showed signs of wear such as grout mould on bathroom tiles. Additionally, the mini fridge emitted an unpleasant smell.

The hotel is excellent, with good infrastructure. Although breakfast wasn’t included, we paid a separate fee and had access to a complete and good breakfast. The staff was attentive and left two complimentary bottles of water, which was great — we really needed them, and there weren’t any markets nearby.Although it’s far from the historic center and tourist spots, there’s a bus line with great schedules. The hotel staff has a PDF with the timetables, which made our trips back and forth much easier.

On the first night, the guests on our floor were making a lot of noise in the hallway — shouting and running. But we informed the front desk by phone, and they took care of it immediately.

Advantage of spacy room and real big size bed. Staff really nice and veery helpful

Only after paying online received email stating that spa will be open short hours which we will miss on our first arrival day and closed the following day. Same for the Kitchen!.Yet the main downfall was water mains turned off the next morning thru the day due to service! All this after arriving tired, wet and hungry after full day of being on a motorbike

Very noisey, I could hear the lift whining all night,poor insulation between rooms, tea and coffee should be available in the rooms, a 3 star hotel not 4 star rating would be a more accurate description..

Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

We think the location was a little farther than expected. It was fine riding the bus, although it took us half an hour to get to our destination (downtown) and the reception should tell people about the convenience of buying a card for the bus and save on rides. We got a room for handicap people and staff did help us move. Showers heads are funny and water spills all over.

Staff were incredibly helpful and supportive with my needs. Hotel conditions are above expectations.

The reception was very good, offered free refreshments at reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The underground car park was secure with direct access into the hotel. All the staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly. Bed was massive and comfortable

Facilities were good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable

Staff were rude through out our stay. Not sure if it was because we were british in a not so tourist area but it seemed that way. Receptionist was rude, restaurant staff were rude and throughout was not helpful or forthcoming

The location is perfect for a stopover on a journey - just off the motorway and with underground parking. Excellent breakfast.

As it is close to the motorway and in an industrial estate there is an amount of traffic noise.

Excellent location just a short bus ride from the centre of town. Safe and secure underground parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was huge with plenty of storage space. Ideal location for our stop before heading further south.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room

middle in the Industrial zone. very noisy,...the room-windows are not absorbing the noice.The food in the restaurant ,..you can eat ir,...but no more..!The restaurant location looks like a truck-bar !Never again..!!
