Great location, generous space and comfortable bed

It can be a bit tricky driving in if not familiar with the city centre - pedestrian zones to avoid and a maze of one way streets. Get parking location directions before arriving.

We were upgraded to a 3 bed apartment which was very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need, although we only stopped 1 night we would have been happy to stay longer and would definitely stay again or recommend. Staff went our of their way to make our stop enjoyable.

Location very convenient very close to main attractions and services (companies and restaurants) at the same time being very quite. Very comfortable bed and linen. The staff is very polite and professional. The parking is in the same building, safe and easy to get in and out with a big car.

Paid more for an apartment but it was worth it! Full kitchen and cooking facilities, separate bedroom and living room and balcony. Everything was great - few minutes walk from old town and restaurants and plenty of places around to get breakfast. The lady at reception was really helpful pointing out the key sights. Highly recommended!

Parking building typically tight to navigate for Spain

The hotel was very welcoming and pretty easy to find even though we got a bit lost entering Zaragoza by car. The staff we very helpful and the apartment was one of the better rooms we've had so far on our trip. We would definitely stay here again should we revisit the city.

I thought that the apartment could have included a few more amenities, such as a simple coffee machine.

The location is walking distance to the main attractions in Zaragoza. The parking is a convenience although it is charged. The room was nice and we were feel welcomed. The staff was great and helpfull.

Nice spacious apartment, convenient location, clean, close to old town and good restaurants. Washington machine. Welcome champagne is a cute touch. Very friendly and good front desk service, good breakfast.

Bad corporate policy:- you get one coffee pod per stay, rest is paying (though the people from reception came by 10min later with complimentary ones)- on checkin, lots of problems with IT: three tries to get the electronic key to work, the secure wifi never worked, ...- insufficient number of people at reception, especially in the evening.

The staff were really nice. Location fantastic for shops, bars and restaurants. Airport bus stops directly outside....No.34 bus and only 1.65 euro. There were a few english t.v channels that showed movies with t.v in lounge and bedroom. We stayed 2 nights and had maid service to change towels etc. The bed was a super king and was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, everything was great.

Great location, bus stop literally in front of hotel, within walking distance of old town, the central Mercado, and a supermarket. Towels changed and beds made up daily. 24 hour reception. The welcome bottle of wine and popcorn was a nice touch. Very helpful staff, especially Susannah at the reception, who was always ready to answer questions on transport and how to get to sights.

Would have great if kitchen utensils had included a pair of scissors. A little cooking oil, salt and pepper would have been an added bonus.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Great kitchen, nice breakfast and the staff was great. Excellent location across from the old town.

Great location. Walking distance from pretty much everything. We arrived by train and it was a quick and easy bus journey on the 34, which stops right outside the building. Staff on reception were excellent. Clean and comfortable apartment.

Minor grumble: There were 2 TVs in our apartment. Both only showed Spanish channels and there seemed to be no option to log into streaming services such as Netflix.

Staff very good and we liked having a kitchen as extra space

The bed was to small for us as was the bathroom- I think you need to advertise this for persons like us at six foot the bed was to soft- to small and the bathroom was almost impossible to use.for smaller persons or solo all would have been good.

Located close to a market where one can buy fresh meat, vegetables, fruit, cheeses, cured meats, one can enjoy a bite and a drink at a few food stalls within. The rooms have sufficient sunlight and ventilation when the weather is sunny. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, cutlery to do regular cooking. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine making it convenient for long stays. The shower power is good. There is a spa which is good. The bed is comfortable. There is a good size table with an adequate number of chairs. There is an elevator which is a welcome relief.

They have a lot of guests and limited staff members; so when requesting for refills of day to day essentials like toilet paper or cleaning products from the room; the wait time is way too long. It is easier to get them from the reception (unless the staff is busy with check ins and check outs) when walking in and out of the apartment building.They were getting their locks updated to an electronic card system which caused inconvenience because the day they did it; they didn't let us know in advance. The technicians did their bit in the time they said they would, but did not tell us that we would have to wait for the housekeeping staff for about an hour to help clean up.

Great location and perfect for exploring Zaragoza. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Only negative impacts only those arriving by car. Zaragoza is not an easy place to drive in (lots of traffic lights and taxi/bus lanes). The Hotel is not well signed and not easy to park outside. Car park is a bit tight, but good once you have access.
