    Pros +

    • Excellent Location. Paying for parking was cheaper through the hotel. We received 28 hrs for the 24 hr rate. No wash cloth in the room, but I didn't go ask for one either.
    • The hotel was in the perfect location for sight-seeing, walking and eating.
    • Great Location in the heart of the tourist area. The staff were super helpful in explaining the city and where the major attractions are in relation to the hotel. The Staff also gave us a restaraunt and helped us make a reservation. The restaraunt reservation was the best food we ate in the city. Thank you

    Cons -

    • Carpet stains
    • Despite it being november, the room was extremely hot. Cooling could only be done by opening the windows to a very busy street that is very noisy during most of the night (people shouting and screaming): a very exhausting stay without much sleep. Also, having coffee/tea facilities in the room would be welcome.
    • The room we were assigned was nothing short of very bad. In urgent need of a renovation and the carpet was a mess. Very filthy.

Location was great, ability to offload the car with bags in front of the hotel before heading towards parking lot, staff quite friendly, Some part of the view from the top floor towards to Cathedral was really nice.

Carpets in the hotels are generally things of the past, however not here. And the carpet in our room showed a lot of its own “past”. Basically the hotels equipment and design is very much outdated, looks like it was not renovated for a long time. Looks like the hotel still want’s to squeeze every little penny before proper and needed renovation on the insight. We went for a breakfast, but in this case it was really visible that breakfast menu was not prepared with even single bit of love or care. Poor choices, cheap ingredients, old table cloths washed with something looked like dirt water. Knowing this upfront, Starbucks next door would have gotten my money instead.

Room and bath could be updated. Still 1960 furniture. Bed with spring mattress was uncomfortable, could feel springs. Breakfast good. Staff( ladies) super friendly and helpful, except man at reception ( with glasses) not helpful at all.Good value for money. Will come again. Great location

Mattress and outdated furniture and bath.Parking difficult to find.

Very good breakfast, location and view. Staff was really friendly

You would expect it to be noisy because you are in downtown. Also, it’s a bit old fashioned (no smart tv, no amenities)

The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spacious well equipped and with large windows and views over the town. The room was cleaned every day.

It would have been nice if there had been a bar/lounge.

Very warm and friendly staff especially the reception staff member who checked us in. The hotel is in an excellent location in Old Town. Just around the corner from the main shopping area, easy walking distance to restaurants and very close to the bars and tapas places for the "tapas crawl". The room was a nice space for three people and it's always a bonus to have a mini fridge in the room. The bathroom was a good size and it had a proper shower that doesn't cause water to flood the bathroom floor.

The carpeting in the hallway outside our room had spots that could use a good cleaning. Our room was clean but also had spots on the carpeting. We paid for breakfast the last day and it was not worth it unfortunately; very basic and not very tasty.
