The staff were great in every way and the location was near all the best tapas bars and a short walk from the historic sights.

whoever designed the door into the bathroom as a swing/stall type door should not be designing anything, let along hotel rooms.

Was a weekend trip with my son, arrived by car. Staff and room were excellent. Room was very comfortable and safe.

Wish A/C would be operational for all seasons, as it was very warm in the room. Parking directions took a little bit of navigating

Bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly hotel was clean, and it was great that it was so close to Central district everything within walking distance.

The only thing I could say is no coffee maker in the room. Not a dealbreaker because we would definitely stay here again.

It’s clean and good location.

No TV channel available, only six channels in Spanish , no news channels and no foreign tv news, it’s pretty bad in a four stars hotel.We had a room on the back with the garden view who was in fact a dirty area.

The room was large, quite modern, and clean. Good value for a short stay.

The smell coming out of the bathroom, the wear and tear visible in the bathroom, the much too hard and tall pillows, the lack of any complimentary effort on arrival (say bottle of water, some candy or similar; it is a 4-star hotel after all). We had asked for a queen bed, but got a twin bed. The room was on the first floor, with too much visibility from across the street. The hotel did offer us the change of the room, but we did not bother considering the short stay planned.

Location and cleanliness

The air conditioning in Zaragoza is a must in August. The one in the room was extremely loud and not very effective. It was a very uncomfortable stay because of the heat

The staff were great. Location was fantastic! The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was huge and the bathroom was nice.

Overall our stay was great, the room had some wear and tear but it was minimal and did not effect our stay.

The night clerk explained how breakfast would be handled in the morning. Then the morning clerk said the opposite, which was unfavorable to me. Very annoying indeed.

breakfast buffet was Ok but the attendance could be better ... responsible person a the door should not be wy from there to go to kitchen and refills the buffet....... someone from kitchen to attend in a regulatly matter the refills of buffet...

When I entered the room, it was the incredibly hot. The airco didn’t work and the room was for the whole stay at more than 30 degrees. I called twice the reception: first time they said I had to wait, the second time they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The bathroom was extremely hot. The door between the bathroom and the room was made of glass so the sunlight from the bathroom entered the room from early in the morning, with no possibility to cover it. Drinks in the minibar, warm. A real disappointment for a 4 stars.
