Clean and nice location

Too spartan. Like no space in bathroom to store ones toiletries. Only one trash can in the room ! The shower is very nice though

My stay was satisfactory.

Perfect location as you could walk everywhere amd convenient parking at a good price of EUR 15/day versus EUR 25 standard rate. Just be sure make an illegal u-turn at the end of the street to enter the parking garage when leaving the hotel after dropping off your luggage as it will save you a bunch of time. :-) If you ate a sensitive sleeper and like it quiet, ask for a room away from the front, street side of the hotel. Really huge, under-utilized ground floor area which is perfect for playing cards (what we did) or other games while having some cerveza or wine. Enjoy! A really fabulous hotel and location.

No door to the bathroom, just a thin, flimsy whisp of a curtain, so if you are the least bit active on the toilet, your habits will become well known.Also, thinnish walls, so the amor of your passionate neighbors will be well heard. Take it all in stride. Maybe even high-five them if you meet in the hallway.

A nice cozy hotel right in the downtown historic district. Very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Location wise is very central to most of the key attractions, shopping streets and also eateries.

Can be rather noisy at night due to the location as well.

Location is excellent, style and decor superb. Access to parking is across the road (can be a bit complicated to enter) but safe and secure. Friendly staff, large rooms.

Noise insulation between rooms was not the best as it related to plumbing. Room was quiet (ie no traffic noise) but noise from plumbing and people who talked when walking past. No coffee machine or bar to get a drink which is strange as they have very stylish lounge and bar area but no service. We were able to drop bags in front then enter parking. As others have said when you enter the parking from the hotel you have to effectively drive across the tram lanes to turn and enter vs using the traffic roundabout at the end of the street. Exiting is no issue.

We only stayed one night but the hotel staff and facilities were very nice. The parking garage is right across the street. If we visit Zaragoza again we would stay here. The location is good and walking distance to many things.

A calm oasis in the center of the city. Easy to get around and lovely staff.

toilet does not have doors. For a person traveling solo is fine, but we were a couple and bathroom privacy is important

The hotel is well located and everything is close to it. We stayed in several hotels in different cities and the best breakfast was at this hotel. Nothing to say about the room: clean, quiet, nice, air conditioning and wifi... everything was great :)

Great hotel! Very centric location, super close to the cathedral and downtown! Room was spacious and also the bathroom was big and comfortable!
