Location, far from reasonably price restaurants, long walks to get to various locations

Great location close to Ebro river paths and parks as well as nearby attractions.

Rooms were nice, modern and spacious but a little outdated.

This hotel is an architectural goldmine. It’s elegant. It’s austere in a great minimalist style. Wonderful staff. Great food! Everyone was so kind and helpful. English available if needed. Our room was amazing!!

LOVED the breakfast (try the omelets, croissants, ham, cheeses, pain-au-chocolat and cookies) and the pool. The views are also a great plus.

The towels they lend you for the pool need to be requested at the front desk and then returned there. It would be easier if the "used towels" could be dropped into the laundry bag before passing by the elevators that lead to the rooms, instead of having to go out of your way just to drop the used towels by the front desk.Booking doesn't give the option to prepay/book parking when making the reservation, but the hotel does give the option if you book directly with them via their website (at a discounted rate). Would have loved to have the option here as parking turned out to be 18€/night (no discount).

Breakfast was excellent. And the lifts are the fastest in Spain I’m sure!

The price of the room, I booked late unfortunately.

Rooms are very spacious and the swimming pool is big.

Feels like the place could do with some new carpets. Quite a lot of stains for this class of hotel. And check in could be a lot faster.

The view and proximity to city centre, safe parking, location on the outskirts of Zaragoza makes it easy to find. We have used this hotel for return trips to and from the east coast of Spain for four years now.

My advance booking was to my disadvantage. The ‘on the day price’ included breakfast and my advance booking didn’t include breakfast. Otherwise everything was good.

Friendly, efficient staff. Lovely « tasting menu » in the restaurant. Good choice at breakfast. Fantastic view from the floor to ceiling window in the room. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom

Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Big window, bath tub, bed

Scary place we thought aliens were going to chip us in the middle of the night. Weird music in the hallways contributed to that fear, along with the cold, futuristic/industrial style.

Nice and clean

A big barn of a place, characterless , no tea making facilities, not even a coffee shop so have to wait until 8pm for a meal . Not a place for travellers

Good position with views of river and the city. Very good high underground parking.Great stop off from Santander/Bilbao ferries when travelling to the Alicante

Breakfast was poor, juice finished, no ham or salami to make a sandwich with, no vegetables..They offered "eggs on demand" which was good but bacon and sausage looked old and were cold. We would not recommend buying for buy breakfast, it not worth the money.

It was very fancy and modern. The rooms were very spacious and high-tech. All the facilities were well kept and staffed, and the staff were generally accommodating

The carpets in our room were quite worn and stained but it was a very clean room.

Business-type hotel, good facilities, approx 25m outside pool. Good breakfast. Comfortable room - small fridge.
