    Pros +

    • Location and that staff were friendly and personable.
    • Grea location, clean. New but had charm with it.
    • Charming room, the pastry shop/cafe was wonderful and open 24/7 and a fantastic location

    Cons -

    • The room was extremely cramped.
    • The cost of parking was not disclosed until afte the booking was made and it was 15 which was rather pricey for one night. The hot water in the shower had no pressure so if you wanted pressure you had to have a lukewarm shower.
    • 1. Internet was slow that some graphics oriented programs didn't work. 2. There was no in-room coffee or tea. Coffee shop downstairs. A little bit old, not enough electrical outlets, better come with extension cord.

The location can't be beaten, we thought initially, until we met the staff and tried to pastries from the downstairs cafe :) The facilities were clean and comfortable. We stayed in one of their attic rooms and the light in the morning was beautiful. The heat worked perfectly in a very chilly night, too. They helped with our accommodations and luggage from the minute we arrived, as well as assisted with parking in a nearby garage. The 24-hour cafe downstairs is world-class, literally, with mermelades and jams that have won international awards. The staff is young and cheerful and make you feel at home at all times. We can't wait to go back.

The staff was always friendly and quick to help. The hotel is close to the two cathedrals and other places of interest and has a great coffee shop.

Location is great, Nice boutique hotel in old town. Good coffee shop with cakes downstairs. Despite downsides, still great for a short stay.

Great location near to major sights and easy to get to by bus. Comfortable king size bed. Cheery modern cafe downstairs with nice variety, open any time for hotel guests. Staff were very helpful.

Not enough windows, but not much can be done to fix that.

it was centrally located, easy to pull in front and unload. had private parking (but was VERY TIGHT and a bit anxiety producing navigating). had a vegan friendly cafe which is how i found it (googling vegan, zaragoza). all the front desk people were great.

the parking is super tight to navigate. they have someone go with you to help you go down several floors on a winding drive that is tight- but if you are in a bigger car it can feel anxiety producing. for being a vegan place- the front desk could not recommend specific vegan friendly dinner restaurants. i was told to try this area and that generally the restaurants could do something vegan- but that was not the case at all. they also could not tell me where the nearest all organic grocery store was. for advertising as vegan friendly i was surprised by this.

Friendly staff and a convenient restaurant onsite. Good location in town.

However, like other recent hotels, as a solo traveler I seem to get placed in the absolute worse rooms. This room was an odd L-shape, the door to the right of the stairwell, with the rest of the room, the bath and a narrow bed behind the stairs. No nightstand, just a very narrow edge above bed. Overall a very small space. The bathroom and shower were pretty good, although, the pocket door was actually missing. Even a solo traveler deserves a door on the bath!

Great location and the attached pastry shop was great for breakfast

Room was quite small, but it served its purpose.

    9AlexanderPosted on: 9-16-2025

Its proximity to the Cathedral; Good English speaking receptionist; simple but tasty pastries; good amenities in washroom.

Nothing specific - the elevator was too small but we can understand. The property is in old town and facilities were built on it.

Hotel was central, really large clean family room. Hotel staff really helpful.

Breakfast was lovely however, a discount for paying guests would be more attractive in their cafe.
