The gym is outdated and most of the equipment does not function.

The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. Parking was available in the building, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great—just 10 to 15 minutes walking to the city center.

The only downside was that there was no coffee maker in the room and the WiFi speed was quite poor.

The hotel is a big venue. Everything is big here. We were given the family suite, a fantastic suite which connects to another room. The hotel is located in an excellent area at walking distance of the historic center. We were thrilled because Michael Jackson stayed there when he went to Zaragoza.We were blessed to have great people in the reception.We remember Roxana, who since the moment we got there was very nice to us and gave us information about the city and nearby places, there was another lady who looked like her who was also very cooperative. Breakfast was great.

Reception is very grand and sumptuous however lifts are covered in graffiti scratches, corridor carpets are threadbare, bedroom is very tired and worn, one of the lights was broken and it was stifling. Air conditioning made no difference whatsoever.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke.The staff changed our room with no further delay. Very nice service in that respect

Very spacious lobby, nice rooms, great location close to the old town, very convenient parking garage underneath the hotel.

Despite already getting a great deal for the room, we were upgraded upon arrival and the Front Desk staff were very polite and efficient. The rooms were very spacious, warm and comfortable. The bathrooms were huge and towels very soft and fluffy. The rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and varied.

The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the bathtub. I also greatly appreciated being able to open the windows and having a little mini fridge.

It was very hot in the room, and it didn't seem to change no matter what I set the thermostat on. The shower was also a bit weird, as the glass panel only covered half of the bathtub, so water often sprayed out onto the floor during showers. I also could not figure out how to use Netflix on the TV, and the internet was pretty slow for my needs.

I like the breakfasts, the cleanliness, the staff, location is excellent, parking in the facilities.

It needs a facelift. Decoration is old, somehow vintage.

Super clean and kind and helpful staff

Decor in bedroom/bathroom is very dated but as long as it’s clean (as it was) it doesn’t really bother me.

It is In a nice area. It was comfortable. And overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast has a good choice. And parking available. The beds are comfy. The room was very clean. Would stay here again.

Some of the fixtures are dated. Maintenance would be good. The Cafe/bar was not open. And neither was the restaurant which is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Luckily there were a few places open near by.

It was clean and spacious.

The place was far from the Train station.
