Pros +
- Daily it was same breakfast
- Location
- I like the location and the place ..its clean and near to all shops, restaurants and tourist attraction...
Cons -
- Better if you can allocate slipper, kettle and water to drink
- The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can't sleep because of the street noise. It was a awful experience.
- This hotel was undoubtedly the height of sophistication in the 1970/80s, but nothing has been updated (except for the bathroom) since then. The TV did not work at all and the blinds could not really be opened. Few of the available lights worked. We were there on the weekend and were fascinated by the people partying in the streets until dawn. If you are a light sleeper this would prove difficult for you.

The location was excellent and we walked to all attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable after a long day of walking and the shower was good.

Location and view the size of the room wow
the shower had on the glass doors a lot of mold
Amazing Decors Very clean and in the centre of old town
There was no coffee / Tea facility for a four star rated hotel. No soaps and lotions provided. Very poor Breakfast variety. Not worth the 18 Euro
Good central location, easy walking distance to old town and many restaurants.
Great location. Comfortable walking distance to everywhere. Very attentive and helpful stuff.
Old. Our room was spacious, good bathroom, but interior is otherwise very tired.
We absolutely loved this hotel. Its location is excellent, everything is on your doorstep. We stayed in the height of August when it was 38 degrees outside and stepping in here was like stepping into heaven. Our room was fabulous, big and right with a lovely bathroom and super comfy beds.
We loved everything
Great Location, Staff was helpful, rooms are nice.
We were delighted with the upgrade ,thanks to Angel. Wonderful room ,plenty of space and very tranquil . Breakfast was very good also . Exceptional price for the standard of hotel. We enjoyed Zaragoza. Lovely city with lots of open space .never very crowded . Hotel is in an excellent location on plaza Espana near El tubo with lots of old bars and restaurants. Walking distance to all the sights .All in all we were very happy with our short visit. A very Spanish vibe free from over tourism .
Almost everything was great
No coffee facilities in room or available at hotel. Starbucks adjoining hotel probably why…Bed was a bit hard but otherwise ok. No spare pillows in room for those that sleep with 2
Well appointed good rooms suite is great an issue with fridge but otherwise perfect
Location , lovely view from the terase ! Rom was nice and confort.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable.
This is a superb hotel property. The desk staff were very helpful. Everything was perfect - shower pressure, bed, pillows, big space. Our favorite thing was the roof. On the side opposite the pool, you can watch the lights come on at the Pilar Basilica. We took a picnic up there and it was great.
Very helpful reception staff, quiet room, large fluffy towels
Breakfast items not replenished quickly, or at all sometimes. Mattress extremely firm and in need of a topper. Pillows very soft and thin.
Hotel Alfonso is optimally located in the city center. Multiple restaurants and shops are within a few steps. The rooftop pool is small but ideal for the afternoon siesta. The breakfast was perfect with a small buffet. The room size was an average European room. The public parking garage is located within a 5-minute walk (pre-book for excellent prices). The drop off and streets to the hotel are adequate. The AC worked well on the hot August days. The office and breakfast staff were very accommodating. The hotel was well-maintained and clean. Overall, a great stay!
The carpets under the bedpost were quite worn and needed to be addressed for future guests. Not a big deal!
