The facilities, the staff were great aside from 1. Spa was amazing, room was comfortable and clean. Amazing cleaners and also Antonella was incredible

Lifeguard was unprofessional. Just stares at guests staying, was quite uncomfortable and also a little awkward as the day we arrived he was using the swimming pool as though he was a guest?

Friendly staff, beautiful room (Trullo suite) and lists of things to do around.

The swimming pool was great to get into after visiting places of interest. The hotel staff were always polite and friendly. The breakfast was adequate, and there were enough choices. The breakfast staff always remembered our drinks. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance.

A welcome drink would have been nice upon our arrival. The hotel in some areas looked a little dated. Would have been good if there were tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No pool towels were offered.

The rooms were sparkling clean. Offered tasty vegan options for breakfast upon request. The staff at the reception, breakfast area and restaurant was very polite. Excellent location for visiting the grote, 5 mins walk from the hotel.

It would be nice if there were more vegan options in the restaurant menu. We had a big issue one night with the mosquitos in the room. A mosquito repellent could be useful.

Location near the caves - and these caves were a lot better than expected. The pool is nice and in the small town within 200 m even a few hood restaurants.

Pillows in the bed a bit hard. The room could not be extra locked from inside.

Photos are not like reality. If you are not looking for the pool you will never fin it. Hotel is clean but a bit old.

It is a nice hotel, everything is good! The room, breakfast, staff, spa… The territory is beautiful Will come back again!

May be there could be some help/transfer from the station/bus stop

Location was good lots different choise of foods service was fast and friendly

No complaints but only stay one night

We chose hotel because we stayed in a Truli which was nice but not a traditional Truli just a purpose built bungalow really.

Location was a little remote

The breakfast was very good with a large selection, and the staff were friendly. The pool was a great way to relax and cool down at the end of a long hot day. There are a couple of market shops, the Grotte di Castellana and many restaurants within a very short walking distance from the hotel, and one particularly fantastic restaurant which specialises in grilled meat.

The air conditioning in our room did not cool the room and in such hot weather, it was unbearable preventing us from being able to sleep. After 3 requests to 3 different staff members we were eventually moved to a cooler room. Also there were aproximately 20 children in the pool each day from a daycare across the street which prevented us from using it until later on. The hotel restaurant was not open. Lastly, the photographs of the property are very imaginative and show the hotel to be more attractive than it is.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

There is space for improvement regarding breakfast, would prefer if we had more options to choose apon.
