Hotel was very quiet and clean. Good value.

Breakfast and staff could be much better.

We liked a very clean and friendly hotel. Nice pool and the hotel is situated in the middle of the area, it was easy to explore the country.

Large and comfortable room, and nice buffet breakfast. The pool area was spacious with lots of sun loungers. Plenty of parking if you are travelling by car and a good base for exploring towns along the coast. Only a short walk into the heart of Conversano, which is very picturesque!

Only two bikes available to use - would be nice to have more if more guests wanted to use them, as this would be a good way to explore Conversano.

The staff responsiveness. The room size. The breakfast and the supper meals. The ample free parking.

The location in the middle of the industrial area is no services around there. Totall lack of security: no control to access to the parking, no proper fencing or even lightning around the property.

No ice. Plastic glasses. No explanation of mini bar. They just charge you at the end

Extremely clean, the room was comfortable, great hotel if you have a car and wish to travel to different places, really nice and helpful receptionists

The breakfast

The rooms were clean and the breakfast choices were good! The bar staff was very kind and helpfull and we really enjoyed the spa in the hotel.

We were unpleasantly surprised with ±30/40 children in the pool every day from 10.00-14.00 without being informed of this beforehand. Apparently there was a summer camp who made a deal with the hotel to get access to the pool during weekdays.... Additionally when checking out, we suddenly had to pay for the water bottles in the mini fridge and for tourism tax even though this was included according to Booking.com.

Great modern hotel with a big parking space and a big pool. Staff very helpful, the room was spacious. The breakfast was OK, the internet was working good. The pool area is great and hotel guests can use the pool for free as well as the towels and swimming caps.

The room needed some renovation, as the walls were pretty dirty from the scratches. Also the bathroom could use a small renovation, the shower was not working properly. The breakfast could use a variety, but overall it's OK. The kettle could be useful but it's missing. Depending on the type of visit, although it can be considered as close to Bari, it really isn't, but it is to Polignano a mare, Arbellobelo etc.

Hotel surroundings are very nice and well maintained. Old city center is within 10 min walk and the town itself is very nice to visit.We chose it as a base for exploring the region and it is great for that purpose. Even though there are drawbacks described in section below, the hotel is all together good value for money.In the afternoon the hotel puts out juice dispenser in the lobby which is a very nice gesture.Pool was great for relaxing after visiting tourist attractions.

Some of room and bathroom furniture is tired and even though hotel staff does great job of cleaning, it looks dirty or damaged. Breakfast was OK for 3 day stay but not enough variety for more.Swimming pool caps make no sense.

Everything; wonderful hotel, pool,... quiet place and good location for exploring Puglia ( Polignano a mare 10 min, Monopoly 15min, Bari 30min... )

The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed it. It doesn’t offer the most variety, but it was really good. Very nice and attentive staff at the breakfast and at the reception. The parking is big, there were plenty of spaces even late at night. The room was fine, and the balcony is very nice.

The location is in the middle of nowhere, so it’s not really suitable for those who are not coming by car. Ridiculously expensive spa.

Great breakfast, clean room, confy bed, very quite area, secure carpark inside premises.

General nice Hotel - Rooms ok, nice pool

Pool closing at 19:00 hours - if that would be due to noise it is interesting as there was often loud music after 19:00 in that area.Breakfast. The Breakfast can improve. This "mix from concentrate" juices are just awful - and the presentation of the food was not "made with love". Also part of the staff was not really approachable/customer focused in breakfast area. Some variation from day to day would be also good.

A bit remote, but no problem if you have aa car. The wellness area you have to pay extra, even the whirlpool or sauna….

Nice hotel, nice rooms and a good pool. Very good buffet and nice staff at the buffet/restaurant.

When I arrived at the airport they told me there was no airport shuttle (booking said there was). My room wasn’t ready at check-in time, only 1,5h later. Staff acted like this was normal, without any headsup or reason why. I wanted to charge my electrical scooter (my only means of transportation in Puglia) that I rented from the place they recommended but the staff told me there were no power outlets outside and that I couldn’t use the scooter. I eventually found one myself and charged it… there were a lot of ants in my room, see picture below.Long story short: it didn’t feel like 4 stars treatment, the unwillingness to help solve problems was not what I expected from any hotel… I want to clarify that a lot of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the exceptions had never heard of hospitality or going the extra mile for your customers.

Everything. The location is excellent for exploring the surroundings and also close to the sea. The hotel and rooms are nice and very clean, the pool is also big and clean. The staff is very helpful, kind and professional and the food is excellent.

The location was great.

The hotel staff customer service skills. The hotel staff have zero customer service. They do not know how to handle issues. Their answer to everything is "we need to get approval from hotel management". Hotel management is never around.Unbelievable that in today's world a hotel guest has to solve their own issue because the hotel staff are useless.

The pool area and bar were nice, the food in the evening was delicious. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety. The location, close to Conversano and within 20 mins of Polignano was also good.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was next to the hotels noisy aircon units. We asked to move but that wasn’t possible.
