SPA&Hotel MŪSA PARADISE

Outstanding location, quiet area, amazing staff. None of the other guests were loud at night or in the morning. I had a wonderful sleep, the mattress is fantastically comfortable.

I would highly recommend installing handrails at the swimming pool, as the stairs and the floor are very slippery in the pull itself.

The room was spacious and the shower was hot.

When I arrived, a staff member was smoking outside the property, which was an instant turn-off. Overall the staff were gruff and somewhat unwelcoming. The hallway lights had to be activated, and were often off which was a bit creepy. I didn't appreciate that all aspects of spa were not included in the price, and as someone traveling on my own, were only available at the price of double-occupancy. Although it seemed like a nice tub in the room, it only worked as a shower.

The front desk staff was not friendly....location was not convenient 5 km from city center. Spa amenities were not available . Interesting decor.

Rooms was spacious. Breakfast wasn't so bad as was in most comments. Net on the windows from flies and mosquitoes.

There were no AC. Room floor was dirty. No shampoo or body gel. No light in bathroom on the mirror for shaving beard. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable all family slept badly. The road which leeds to this facility is in bad condition. Night was hot so slept with opened window but nearby is a road and all noises were heard. Breakfast was at the appointed time not when you whant to come like in the most hotels are time like from 7 to 10 o'clock. Not recommend unless you are drunk and could sleep in any conditions. Hotel is more like motel.

We really liket the hotel! The Musa River and the peaceful surroundings with birds were wonderful. We desided to stay one night more there to get photos of all birds there.Two European white storks built a nest on a pillar in the hotel yard! What a joy! The room was spacious and cosy, very good bed, spacious bathroom. Silent hotel at this time of year ( at the end of April). Good location ! Liels paldiels!Tuula & Keijo

Amazing place and staff! It was exactly what we needed! The place is surrounded by beatiful nature, many options in the spa and the breakfast was kindly (and exceptionally brought in our room)

Nothing to complain. (but they should consider to have the "do not disturb"sign on the room doors

Easy to find, very good size room. Excellent breakfast and staff very good. We arrived 1 in the morning and night staff was little grumpy but overall very good.

After the shower electricity went on and out so that was a bit scary. It was our second time staying and both times was a little cold with no extra blanket to be found in the room.

We stayed there for 2 nights. We ordered breakfast for both mornings. However, the second morning (Sunday) we were not on the breakfast list and could not eat. The staff on Sunday morning did not speak English and we had to leave the hotel on an empty stomach.

SPA is completely pointless. It is definitely not recommended to spend this money.

Close to Bauska and good size room quite basic but clean.

There were few things that I would like to mention. I choose this hotel because the hotel website advertises Spa facilities and also the SPA package, I was travelling with my 82-year-old mother who does not use SPA, therefore, I booked a room and was planning to pay at the hotel however after booking a room I found out that if I wanted to use spa facilities I have to pay a minimum fee for two people. I have travelled to many places and hotels before and have never been asked to pay 50 euros to visit an SPA for a single person. And to be honest the place did not look luxurious for that kind of rate.So if you are planning a basic stay with large size room book this place but don't get your hopes up or expect to much if you are thinking spa break. Also the was very hot and no air conditioner is available

A bit out of the town but tbhis wasn't a problem with a car.

The breakfast offering was a bit more minimalistic than expected. There were not any cereals nor yoghurts.

TV wasn’t working - the ”try to be helpful” guy tried to get it working but even he didn’t succeed to download TV channels; a pity as I wanted to watch the Olympics; there is a SPA but you have only the option to join a group for 25 euros - there is no possibility to go there alone; the breakfast for 7 euros was quite expensive for what it was.

Big, clean bathroom. Small table in the room, with electric pot, coffee capsule maker (with three coffee capsules :) , some teabags, cups. It gives the possibility of arranging a breakfast on your own.

Very hot in the room, when we entered (no air condition system). Happily the night was cold and we managed to cool the room a little, opening all the windows. Mosquito nets have happily been installed in the windows.

Didn't expect that great room, great breakfast with home made pancakes, hot coffee and great stuff. The room bright and spacious.

Only 15 km to Rundalepalace - great place to spend night before
